Instant Pot Pro 6-Quart vs Zavor LUX LCD : ZSELL02

Lots of issues with lids locking, not pressurizing etc and I really don't see this for the Instant Pot family of PCs. **Sizing - I measured my crock pot which was 6 quart, so that's what I ordered. It's an OK size for 2 people, but since you can only fill it 2/3 full when cooking under pressure you should take that into consideration. I figure on a roast, I will do the meat first, then veggies

It was damaged. I returned it to the seller. They refunded my $ no problem & let me purchase another one with same discounted. I did purchase the 8 qt instead because of the size of the 6 quart is too small for a family of 4

This Zavor is only useful as a door stop. Unfortunately, the warranty is limited, and despite the display being a design failure, we can no longer return or repair ours - a very costly mistake on our part. DON'T BUY THIS. FIND SOME OTHER COOKER

I was brought up on the "old" way of cooking... like planning a meal and not being able to have instant food, other than a microwave oven which doesn't "cook" food very well

I have used an Instant Pot for at least 5 years and will continue to do so. I love this product.

Update on previous review. Worked great for five months and now I am without a cooker. It quit. Update:

Since I just received this, I can only rate it right now on what I have noticed about the appliance and packaging. There was a long cut in the box on one side and a gash on the top of the box. After taking the Instant Pot out of the packaging, the inner pot looks fine, but a sticker on the top of the lid had some type of hair/fibers caught in it. The metal part of the top also has fine abrasion on it

The stainless steel liners that came with my Instant Pots still show no rust after four years - they were obviously made with a higher grade stainless steel than what Zavor chose to use.
