Well made, but with a dangerous flaw

 It has Like dust guards on the outside. It's just he said it's just they just dress it up a little bit But it's virtually the same thing. So you were paying a thousand dollars extra Basically for the same model now I do want to say this I was approached by someone at work a couple weeks back They told me Costco had this for $1,200 I was a little disappointed because I paid almost $1,800 for the same before shooting this video.  Time will tell if it lasts a long time and doesn't develop the squeaks and rattles that a lot of other home-grade exercise equipment tends to develop over time. So far it feels very solid though.

First impressions are excellent.  Feels very well made.

 Most people have a tough time doing a pull-up with their own body weight, but what you'll notice is as I'm standing on the weight, it's actually picking me up. So I can grab onto the handle now and it's going to help me do a pull-up. Now if I get a little stronger, I can take this same belt, put it across my shoulders. Now I have a weighted pull-up

Stock and Shipping updates for r/HomeGym - week of May 14, 2021

 There's a lot of really big pieces to it when it comes in. It looks kind of overwhelming but for the most part this thing was really easy to put together. So overall it took me about four hours to put together. The most tedious part was probably the cable system

 I'm not sure how much weight you can actually put on there. It looks like you can probably fit 345s on each side. And for me that's more than enough. Whether I'm doing low rows, pull downs or any type of fly or curl movement that's going to be more than enough weight than I'll ever need

 You can adjust this thing to all types of different positions. Whether you're doing incline, decline, push downs, straight arm push downs, curls, you name it. You can do with this thing which is really awesome. So in addition they've got this low row here at the bottom

 And for me that's more than enough. Whether I'm doing low rows, pull downs or any type of fly or curl movement that's going to be more than enough weight than I'll ever need. So with that being said you guys this is a great piece of equipment Tite Fitness did a really great job. Definitely check them out

 So something to note there just to be Transparent with that, you know, I'll be able to do these is straight arms straight arm pull downs Relatively easier but you'll notice it's a lot harder for me to do it on this because it's directly to the weight and so Something to note there. So straight arm pull down with this attachment Straight arm pull down with this attachment Again, you can do this from any any height which is great. I'll go ahead and change this weight out real quick just to kind of demonstrate I'll just throw some light on there to give you guys the full picture of what you're getting so Change the weight out real quick We'll start with the top position here Come down and It's the weight is equally distributed So that's another nice feature you get a You get the same tension on both sides We wanted to drop it down To get the mid squeeze Just drop it down to the same position and then Squeeze in the middle And you really feel that in the inner chest even with little to no weight And again different angle here drop it down And you could go from low to high Get your chest from all angles So Looks like there's one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen sixteen different height settings So that's a lot of variety you can throw in there for sure So that move it from the top down. We've got the we've got the low row, which is actually one of my most favorite favorite parts of this thing It's got it's got these nice little foot rest areas you can rest your feet on and You can really load this thing up

 It's just really holding up great real sturdy No major issues with it, which is awesome. So without further ado, let's go ahead and dive right on into these Exercises we can do on this thing and we'll kind of show you what's going on. So first things first We'll start with the top.
