 I would have lost my mind (and gained 30 lbs) if it wasn't for this equipment.  Anyway, being experienced with gym equipment I know how versatile these functional trainers (cable machines) are. And this piece of equipment is very solid, the pulley action is very smooth, and it really does seem to be gym quality stuff. It also comes with almost every attachment you will need

It comes with a nice booklet of exercises (with pictures) and you can also buy cable exercise posters here on Amazon and find some really good videos on YouTube - search "100 functional trainer exercises" and you will find a couple of these videos that will literally give you 200 exercises you can do on this machine.  So this machine is almost perfect

 Can't machine I have no complaints to that as far as what it does and how it works it does what's meant to do and possibly exceeds its expectations, although I will say if you're getting it for just your garage or Anything that you may want to oil it indicate So if you get if you get for your garage and you live in a cold climate You may want to oil it a lot lot more because it can drop very very fast and the handles can drop very fast So we do not want that. Okay, that's just the first thing Oh But I do love it though. It's a very strange machine so far. Now price, is it worth it? So you've been paying $2,500 for four years of great, four great years

 I think it actually was a little off my last video My last review. It is $2,500 on the Inspired K-O-Machine site, or fitness site They're their own separate company, but this guy has held up very very well I'm very I'm not I shouldn't say shocked, but you know So far he's been very well out. So there have been a little bit of issues with the weight stacks though as far as putting the metal handle into the weight stacks because there's holes in the weights and The holes can kind of get like off track with the weight. So it's tough to put the metal rod in or handle in after a while but that's the only kind of issue I've had with it now is held up very nicely as far as just you know working out because We're in quarantine right now, and I've been using it Practically almost every day except for my off days

I record my workout this morning with it I just got I had a lot of stuff going on and I just got swamped with the other things with the Just studying and all that stuff and then Yeah, so but um, so today what tonight we're going to go over the Inspired K-O-Machine After four years, it's about been four years since I've had this guy right here And I wanted to talk to you guys a little bit about how we held up so far. So you held up very very well Once again, I'm just gonna go over the price now

Inspire FT1 Functional Trainer After 4 Years! (Is It Still Good???)

 The FT1 is very customizable on a vertical scale so this easily goes up or down on a scale and it can lock into basically anywhere you want it to do any sort of workout that you'd like. Right here we just have our basic Inspire handles on this which as you can see just from the pull itself is very smooth, it's not going to make any noise and that is due to these 2000 capacity cables right here which are going to allow a very long life on these cables and will provide an amazing feel. From a functionality standpoint there isn't really a workout you can't do on a functional trainer without the exception of maybe squatting with a bar. You can do anything from tricep extensions, you can do anywhere from chest flies on the unit which you can step out and this will be a lower chest exercise and to target your upper chest you would just bring these all the way down

Stock and Shipping updates for r/HomeGym - week of May 14, 2021

 There's a lot of really big pieces to it when it comes in. It looks kind of overwhelming but for the most part this thing was really easy to put together. So overall it took me about four hours to put together. The most tedious part was probably the cable system

 I'm not sure how much weight you can actually put on there. It looks like you can probably fit 345s on each side. And for me that's more than enough. Whether I'm doing low rows, pull downs or any type of fly or curl movement that's going to be more than enough weight than I'll ever need

 You can adjust this thing to all types of different positions. Whether you're doing incline, decline, push downs, straight arm push downs, curls, you name it. You can do with this thing which is really awesome. So in addition they've got this low row here at the bottom

 And for me that's more than enough. Whether I'm doing low rows, pull downs or any type of fly or curl movement that's going to be more than enough weight than I'll ever need. So with that being said you guys this is a great piece of equipment Tite Fitness did a really great job. Definitely check them out

 So something to note there just to be Transparent with that, you know, I'll be able to do these is straight arms straight arm pull downs Relatively easier but you'll notice it's a lot harder for me to do it on this because it's directly to the weight and so Something to note there. So straight arm pull down with this attachment Straight arm pull down with this attachment Again, you can do this from any any height which is great. I'll go ahead and change this weight out real quick just to kind of demonstrate I'll just throw some light on there to give you guys the full picture of what you're getting so Change the weight out real quick We'll start with the top position here Come down and It's the weight is equally distributed So that's another nice feature you get a You get the same tension on both sides We wanted to drop it down To get the mid squeeze Just drop it down to the same position and then Squeeze in the middle And you really feel that in the inner chest even with little to no weight And again different angle here drop it down And you could go from low to high Get your chest from all angles So Looks like there's one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen sixteen different height settings So that's a lot of variety you can throw in there for sure So that move it from the top down. We've got the we've got the low row, which is actually one of my most favorite favorite parts of this thing It's got it's got these nice little foot rest areas you can rest your feet on and You can really load this thing up

 It's just really holding up great real sturdy No major issues with it, which is awesome. So without further ado, let's go ahead and dive right on into these Exercises we can do on this thing and we'll kind of show you what's going on. So first things first We'll start with the top.
