 I would have lost my mind (and gained 30 lbs) if it wasn't for this equipment.  Anyway, being experienced with gym equipment I know how versatile these functional trainers (cable machines) are. And this piece of equipment is very solid, the pulley action is very smooth, and it really does seem to be gym quality stuff. It also comes with almost every attachment you will need

It comes with a nice booklet of exercises (with pictures) and you can also buy cable exercise posters here on Amazon and find some really good videos on YouTube - search "100 functional trainer exercises" and you will find a couple of these videos that will literally give you 200 exercises you can do on this machine.  So this machine is almost perfect

 I think it actually was a little off my last video My last review. It is $2,500 on the Inspired K-O-Machine site, or fitness site They're their own separate company, but this guy has held up very very well I'm very I'm not I shouldn't say shocked, but you know So far he's been very well out. So there have been a little bit of issues with the weight stacks though as far as putting the metal handle into the weight stacks because there's holes in the weights and The holes can kind of get like off track with the weight. So it's tough to put the metal rod in or handle in after a while but that's the only kind of issue I've had with it now is held up very nicely as far as just you know working out because We're in quarantine right now, and I've been using it Practically almost every day except for my off days

 The FT1 is very customizable on a vertical scale so this easily goes up or down on a scale and it can lock into basically anywhere you want it to do any sort of workout that you'd like. Right here we just have our basic Inspire handles on this which as you can see just from the pull itself is very smooth, it's not going to make any noise and that is due to these 2000 capacity cables right here which are going to allow a very long life on these cables and will provide an amazing feel. From a functionality standpoint there isn't really a workout you can't do on a functional trainer without the exception of maybe squatting with a bar. You can do anything from tricep extensions, you can do anywhere from chest flies on the unit which you can step out and this will be a lower chest exercise and to target your upper chest you would just bring these all the way down

Well made, but with a dangerous flaw

 It has Like dust guards on the outside. It's just he said it's just they just dress it up a little bit But it's virtually the same thing. So you were paying a thousand dollars extra Basically for the same model now I do want to say this I was approached by someone at work a couple weeks back They told me Costco had this for $1,200 I was a little disappointed because I paid almost $1,800 for the same before shooting this video.  So when you're doing something like a back workout, that's something that you know You could do more weight with Like I do the whole stack with a close grip pull down Well, I do it at the end of my workout or I go slow I superset it with something learn to fatigue yourself so you could use this machine to the full capability Like I said, there's plenty you could do with this machine, even though the weight doesn't go real high So that's it for today guys.  Time will tell if it lasts a long time and doesn't develop the squeaks and rattles that a lot of other home-grade exercise equipment tends to develop over time. So far it feels very solid though.

 Most people have a tough time doing a pull-up with their own body weight, but what you'll notice is as I'm standing on the weight, it's actually picking me up. So I can grab onto the handle now and it's going to help me do a pull-up. Now if I get a little stronger, I can take this same belt, put it across my shoulders. Now I have a weighted pull-up
