 I'M going to stand up with it. Come up under control. Remember about one to two down under control: don't just let it drop, bring it up under control and back down under control. I'Ve set the weight at the weight stack so that each of them are at the same weight all the way down under control

 We have a curl bar, you can see, it's got a knurled surface and it's angled to make your grip a little bit easier. It attaches to both sides of each of the carriages. I'M going to stand up with it. Come up under control

 Remember about one to two down under control: don't just let it drop, bring it up under control and back down under control. I'Ve set the weight at the weight stack so that each of them are at the same weight all the way down under control. I'M suggesting you do about one to three sets of about eight to twelve repetitions. If you can do more than twelve, the weight is probably a little bit too light for you now, if you can't do at least eight, it's probably a little too heavy, so experiment a little bit, but don't forget to include the bicep curl and use it at The end of your workout that way your upper body positions will be a lot stronger

 Just like we've done before, I'm going to lift them up and put them just next to my shoulders. Now I'm going to spread my feet just a little bit farther on them just outside of shoulder width apart toes pointed slightly out, I'm going to come bring down under control pause. I want to feel the stretch in my thighs and up. I don't want to quite lock out

Then this will pick up off of there and there is a washer or bushing in the top. It'Ll come free on the bottom plastic washers, and then you can lift this whole thing out, so you may want to take the accessories off of it and stow them in the truck first

 One guy the front leg on the back we just carried out and that was pretty easy carrying the weight stacks is probably the most time consuming and I was sweating pretty good by the time I carried him to the truck, but so that was that. So we, basically you know we had a moving blanket wrapped him up, strap him down the truck got here. Your reverse procedure cured him inside stet them up put the bottom bracket on, but the top bracket on loosely, and then it put the middle brackets. So whenever you go put this all together, make sure your floor is level for one thing and then just put all these bolts in nice and loose at first and that'll keep it from falling over and then once you have all the bolts started, then you go Back and tighten everything up, of course, then you put the weight stacks back on to move it, though I pulled the weight stacks off, and then I put these plates right back on, so you don't have to actually take these cables off already disconnect the cable anywhere

Once they're laying on the floor, you could get him on their side and we just grabbed right here

Stock and Shipping updates for r/HomeGym - week of May 14, 2021

 There's a lot of really big pieces to it when it comes in. It looks kind of overwhelming but for the most part this thing was really easy to put together. So overall it took me about four hours to put together. The most tedious part was probably the cable system

 I'm not sure how much weight you can actually put on there. It looks like you can probably fit 345s on each side. And for me that's more than enough. Whether I'm doing low rows, pull downs or any type of fly or curl movement that's going to be more than enough weight than I'll ever need

 You can adjust this thing to all types of different positions. Whether you're doing incline, decline, push downs, straight arm push downs, curls, you name it. You can do with this thing which is really awesome. So in addition they've got this low row here at the bottom

 And for me that's more than enough. Whether I'm doing low rows, pull downs or any type of fly or curl movement that's going to be more than enough weight than I'll ever need. So with that being said you guys this is a great piece of equipment Tite Fitness did a really great job. Definitely check them out

 So something to note there just to be Transparent with that, you know, I'll be able to do these is straight arms straight arm pull downs Relatively easier but you'll notice it's a lot harder for me to do it on this because it's directly to the weight and so Something to note there. So straight arm pull down with this attachment Straight arm pull down with this attachment Again, you can do this from any any height which is great. I'll go ahead and change this weight out real quick just to kind of demonstrate I'll just throw some light on there to give you guys the full picture of what you're getting so Change the weight out real quick We'll start with the top position here Come down and It's the weight is equally distributed So that's another nice feature you get a You get the same tension on both sides We wanted to drop it down To get the mid squeeze Just drop it down to the same position and then Squeeze in the middle And you really feel that in the inner chest even with little to no weight And again different angle here drop it down And you could go from low to high Get your chest from all angles So Looks like there's one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen sixteen different height settings So that's a lot of variety you can throw in there for sure So that move it from the top down. We've got the we've got the low row, which is actually one of my most favorite favorite parts of this thing It's got it's got these nice little foot rest areas you can rest your feet on and You can really load this thing up

 It's just really holding up great real sturdy No major issues with it, which is awesome. So without further ado, let's go ahead and dive right on into these Exercises we can do on this thing and we'll kind of show you what's going on. So first things first We'll start with the top. We've got the the pull down bar here and Like any functional trainer our lat pull down machine it's got The wide grip attachment here that comes with this unit
