 I ordered 2 of these and the other was received whole. Overall, great looking, Serves our need but better for larger knives that are well balanced as heavy handled ones tend to teeter totter the sharp end out of the slot but there's really no reason to reach back there anyway if you only have sharp knives stored in there to begin with.

This is great at organizing all of the utensils in a kitchen and it holds a lot! Its long enough to hold almost all of the utensils and its only a few that are too long that I have.  My real issue is that with the narrowness of the knife slots and difficulty cleaning those slots, I checked the packaging and seeing no warnings decided to clean this in the dishwasher. Well, despite this being very heavy plastic it is definitely not dishwasher safe (even in the top rack). The bin warped badly and is useless now.

Can't go wrong with this brand if you are seriously thinking about getting organized!
