 The gk61 that i have liked compared to other 60 keyboards, is that they have the function key all the way to the right, underneath the shift and then moved over the control key, where typically, the layout is going to be control all the way to the right And what that does for you on the amp pro 2 to use the arrow keys a little bit different? You just tap: either control uh, this menu button function or shift, and you tap it and it actuates the arrow key. But the problem with that is what happens if you need to hold the arrow key, but uniquely on the gk61, since having the function keys over here, you have your arrow keys, mapped right here as a secondary function, and you can very easily hold the arrow keys, Which eliminates the use for like the magic caps lock and all that stuff and having the wasd as your arrow keys, which is nice. But this implementation, i think, is a lot nicer and a bit more natural to people that are used to using tenkeyless, keyboards or full size or whatever, like i said in the beginning of the video, this keyboard is optical as well as hot swaps. You can try different gadoran optical switches in the sockets here

 Ppt keycaps and the price should stay the same if they can do that. Keep the price the same, keep the same low cost to entry on the optical hot, swap usb type-c small form factor gaming keyboard. I mean dang, you guys are killing it like. This is a really good deal for the price

 I didn't do anything to the clicks keyboard. This white one. All i did was spray lube, the gatorade silver optical switches and then the black one. Here i spray lubed, the gatorade yellow optical switches, modded the stabilizers as well, re-lubing them and band-aid modding them, and also added case foam in the bottom to eliminate a lot of the resonance in the case to make it sound a lot better and make the bottom Out more solid, why did i do all this? Well because we're going to talk about that, so the gk61 as a whole stock? It'S not a bad keyboard for the price, it's very hard to beat actually, and it gives you an incredible value like being able to get an optical keyboard for well under a hundred dollars is a really big deal like that is excellent, and it's not just optical Either it's optical, it's hot, swap, you can swap out and try different optical switches, even though i do think one of them is kind of the definitive switch, but with it being able to be optical

GK61 60% Gaming Keyboard Review

 Changing this to a light blue fixed the issue as the red LED was no longer being used, but just know that when switching keycaps it might be in your best interest to turn backlighting off altogether. YMMV from keeping the lights turned on.  The software to control the lighting, functions, and macros is awful. It's counter-intuitive and doesn't exactly have a user guide to go along with it

 This keyboard definitely meets that need, while being aesthetically stylish and feeling very responsive.  The board its self is a nice 61-key compact keyboard. This means no F1-F12 keys, no arrow keys, no Home/Insert/Delete/Print Screen keys, and no ten key. The footprint it leaves on your desk is as small as it possibly can be without sacrificing basic needs in a keyboard and it's very pleasing because of it

 The download page is entirely in Chinese except for the version number, and while the software its self runs in English, it might as well not because you'll have no clue what half of it is talking about. A 3 minute YouTube video made by someone not affiliated with the company helped me a little, then the rest was figured out with about an hour of tinkering. Once I had it set the way I wanted for the function keys and backlighting, I uninstalled the software. Not because I didn't trust it, but because I doubt I'll ever use it again unless I absolutely have to

Good Feel, Great Switches, Mediocre RGB, Terrible Software, but overall WAY TOO LOUD!

 The skates are thicker than the Mira and have a smoother glide. The overall build quality feels great, no creaking or flexing or anything funky like that. The weight comes in at 59g with no holes in the side which is pretty impressive for a mouse this size. The main clicks are 20m omron and feel great, there is a tiny amount of post travel but nothing that I would ever notice while gaming or normal use as you have to press down rather hard and hold to actually notice it

I don't give mice a #/10 rating for at least two weeks to really get a feel for the mouse and let any issues present themselves but I have to say I'm very impressed with HK's new release and this mouse will most likely be a top contender for claw grips as it's almost identical to the Zowie S2 except with HUGE improvements over it.

First impression: This is HK Gaming's new Naos-M model and right off the bat you can feel some definite improvements over their Mira model. The stock cord feels great, comparable to some of the best stock cords I've ever tried and doesn't really need to be replaced. The skates are thicker than the Mira and have a smoother glide. Great keyboard, Software is an absolute joke/disaster

 When I found this keyboard, I was surprised that it was this cheap for a 60% with Gateron switches.  Upon receiving the keyboard, I immediately tried to customize the lighting on the keyboard, and just like how the reviews I watched on YouTube said - the keyboard's software wasn't good. I couldn't put custom hex codes, even though there were places in the software to do so. In the end, I stuck with just a plain white backlight

It's cool how you can swap switches and key caps but I'd spend a little more money and get a quality keyboard over a cheap keyboard that has a lot of gimmicks. I'd recommend spending your money on Kemove which has better quality parts and you can swap switches

Don't buy into the hype

Alright value but you get what you pay for

 It is slightly heavier now, which is what I want, in order to achieve a more thocky sound. The additional weight comes from the car sound dampening foam.  If you’re on the fence about grabbing a 60% keyboard for cheap and want to mod it, this is a good move for beginners not wanting to break the bank.

 I am coming from Corsair K95 with Cherry MX speed switches and these Gaterons feel a bit nicer for typing.  The mods I incorporated includes: Car sound dampening foam (dynamat), PE foam between PCB and casing, PE foam between plate and PCB, HOLEE mod, and G205 G0 lubed switches. All of this combined, equates to a superb typing experience. The space bar is smooth and thocky

 The plastic case was a good choice in my opinion as there is very little hollowness that you often find with more budget entry level boards. The stock stabs that came with it once loaded up was pretty damn good as well, and if you're just starting out, they work completely fine. You don't have to go out and buy durocks or anything like that. All in all, the board is probably, in my opinion, one of the best sounding entry level boards that I used thus far

 R1 comes with cherry screw-ins while the R2 comes with the Kvd fans their own stabs and it's hot swap you know, abs plastic, uh case the case itself. The design itself is pretty nice. I really don't like the font they used for the logo here, but uh, besides that, I don't really mind anything about it for I think you're getting a pretty bang for your buck in terms of accessories and what the board actually comes with for the price. My only gripe so far from holding the board itself is that it is light as all hell

I am very happy to see that boards like these are coming into the market as it offers newcomers on a budget to build a very great keyboard for a price that you won't necessarily have to sell your kidneys to afford Anyways, guys, thank you so much! I recently built a proper mechanical keyboard (KBD67 lite), and it made me realize all the issues that K3 has. Not just the sound and feel of it, but mostly the fact that I was experiencing finger fatigue from bottoming out the K3 when typing (yes, this is on me, but I think it's a general problem for people on cheaper low-profile mechanical keyboards). So, my advice is this: If you want an upgrade from you Apple Magic Keyboard, the K3 will be a marginal update at that. But if you want something that actually feels good to type at, I'd stay clear of the K3, save up a bit more, and go for a proper mechanical keyboard instead

Now this keyboard was sent to me by Kbd fans, but I also purchased my own just to show you guys a different color variation which is new for round three. Now what we're going to do is we're going to take a look at what comes in the packaging. We're going to do a build

 so I'll be able to show you both versions and show you the differences between the bluetooth and the wired. Now let's take a look at the case. They sent me the transparent deep blue which looks really nice. I think it pops and it'll go well with a lot of keycap sets that I have

 Also included exactly like my Blade 65 is the polycarbonate plate and the silicone dampener which goes in between the Pcb and the plate which holds up and acts like gaskets as well in between the top case and the bottom case. And of course we get the stabilizer pads and a little Allen tool and the Pcb they sent me is actually the bluetooth version, which is pretty cool. so I'll be able to show you both versions and show you the differences between the bluetooth and the wired. Now let's take a look at the case

 Overall I think it has a nice focky sound signature which you can expect from an Abs plastic keyboard, but at this price point I think Kbd fans is really helping the hobby. Overall, they're helping people get into the hobby at a low price point and an easy to mount system which comes with basically everything you need besides the switches and the keycaps. I like the fact that it does come with a case and overall this is a great buy. It's a no-brainer now if you already have round one or round two, should you go in on round three? Well, that just really depends

This looks amazing! I've been hesitant to join a groupbuys for keycaps because of the price (I'm a beginner and just bought my first custom: KBD67 Lite), but this really blows me away, and I'm set on buying this!

Don't mind the scuffed photoshop and uneven rows, but I have the GMMK Pro reserved and thought this set would look great on it. I think I was right.

For its price, it is one hell of a deal, especially if you are looking into getting into the custom keyboard scene and can't quite get something like a Tofu, NK65 EE, KBD67 Lite, Portico, Ikki68 Aurora, or others. Compared to something like the NK65 EE, this could potentially be a much better option for you, if Cherry Profile keycaps are not really your main profile.
