No rain cover and no place to put a Nalgene-type water bottle or hydration bladder, so I'm going to have to buy a rain cover and a water bottle holder that hangs from the waistbelt webbing. The mesh pockets on the 15L bag are too small for even a woman's fist. They say it has an MP3 port on the 15L bag, but no luck finding it. 15L is too small for school books if you are trying to visualize the size of 15L

I am a man of 70,1 inch and looking for a only one travel bag cabin size limit for digital nomading all around the world.So the capacity is max 45 liters. Need a 15 inch Macbook pocket, a solid bag, a bootle of water accessible, lockable zip, hip belt, breathable back, deperlant, very light when empty and sober and nice design which is city and not mountain style and can be pro if needed.  I also liked it because it's really light and it fits a ton of gear in here. so it weighs about a the same as my old Camelback 14 or it's about 2 pounds, 13 or 14 ounces. but it fits 40 liters instead of 24 liters which is impressive. So I Use this from everything from just like a regular hike to a weekend overnight hike or a two day overnight hike

 but the one I liked more and more over time was this REI Trail 40 which is right here REI is you know making better and better gear and they kind of take the best of the other packs and put it in there and it's really well-thought-out and you can tell this has been tested. They actually do like crowdsource testing so with their employees and some select hikers will give you know a test model of this backpack to them and let them try it and get feedback on it and kind of hone it and you can tell it's well thought out because everything has a purpose. Everything's works right. So like the hip belts on this on one of the Ospreys that I had, you couldn't even get into it

 and it can carry everything and you can fit everything inside. and you can also use these straps on the outside. The strap on like a sleeping bat, pad or bag or tent and you've got fun stuff. So let me walk you through the features

  Easy to get to everything I need during my commutes.  I love the "anchor system" the pack has employed for quick strap removal or adjustment.  This pack will serve me well through schooling.  Highly recommended

So on the inside of this bag, just like the Ruckpack 40, this does, um, unzip all the way like this and on this side we have a pocket that runs down the inside right here. I wish this was on both sides personally, but it is only on this one side

 We have a laptop pocket or a water pocket. Uh, most people might put probably a water pouch in here because there is a bin. So unless you're using a smaller laptop, I have like a pretty small laptop on here so I'm not actually worried about this damaging my laptop. but this would probably be more for a water pouch

Buyer be aware! The laptop compartment doesn't fit a 17" laptop. I do not think every 15" laptop will fit in there either. 17" laptop does fit inside of the backpack in the main compartment, but it is a waste of space! I really needed that 17" laptop compartment, but was misled by inaccurate description of the product
