I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

No rain cover and no place to put a Nalgene-type water bottle or hydration bladder, so I'm going to have to buy a rain cover and a water bottle holder that hangs from the waistbelt webbing. The mesh pockets on the 15L bag are too small for even a woman's fist. They say it has an MP3 port on the 15L bag, but no luck finding it. 15L is too small for school books if you are trying to visualize the size of 15L

  I don't want to be on a 5 day trip with a pack that causes issues. I was sad to have to return it. I will add that I had a similar issue with the Arial 65 but the REI sales associate was able to swap the straps from a different sized pack. This pack didn't seem to have that option

 Now the fins on the belt are a bit shorter than I'm used to with larger packs, but because of the design of the back system, you don't need a huge amount of padding there. The EXO form hip belt is comfortable and the foam is squishy. The shoulder straps are padded and breathable, and you can dial in the fit with the sternum strap and the load lifters altogether. This pack is super light! They partially achieved this by getting rid of some of the convenience storage spaces, which is fine with me; HOWEVER, the straps are pretty thin, and dig into the front of your shoulders, even if you get all the weight onto your hips - and the little bit of padding on the straps is at the top of the straps, so if you're properly adjusted, the best of the padding is in the wrong place. Whoever designed it seemed to believe that a woman is going to carry the weight of all her equipment on her shoulders? Tempted to return it..

Light for the price of comfort

  There was more than enough space for all of my equipment, and the pack cinched down tightly to keep my pack snugly in place, well balanced, and comfortable.  The only thing I wished was different, is that I would have liked to see more adjustability in the chest and shoulder straps. Even when adjusted correctly, the chest strap still sat a little higher on my chest than I would have liked.  But overall, I this was a lightweight, spacious, and comfortable pack

Overall, this was a good pack.  Throughout my backpacking trip, this pack sat on my hips just right, keeping the weight of 4-liters of water, plus all of my gear comfortably in place while I hiked over steep mountainous terrain. Bought this pack and a 38L of the same for my daughter.  The packs were comfortable even weighed down (mine weighed about 35lbs as one of the kiddos had never hiked with a pack and had problems breathing hiking up mountains with a pack so I took their weight too) for a 5 day hike.  I bought mine in person at REI as I'm short (5'0) but have an hourglass figure.  Although I technically measure as an XS, the store worker noted that the top straps ended a bit high on my chest and she recommended I go with the S to prevent any friction between them and my "girls"

  The brain I took off and chunked in the closet...it is too big and heavy for real use IMHO

  I originally bought the large rain cover but found it too baggy for my taste and switched to a medium which fits good.

She was 100% correct.  At the end of my first day, I had a sore spot on one of my hips but it was relieved by adjusting the load straps on the pack
