This jacket was a disappointment, especially for Marmot. When I took it out of the package the feathers are coming out of the seams, so its not properly made. Also the lower part of the jacket does not have as much packed down as the top torso area, my lower half of my back was cold when putting it on. The upper part of the jacket is baggy and the lower half is incredibly tight

I ordered this jacket and a few from other manufacturers and ended up going with a much more expensive Descente for my ski jacket. Despite that, I could not bring myself to return this jacket to amazon: It wears excellently, it hangs well, it just fis so very well, it's fun it put on. It's stupid comfortable. I haven't been braving the elements with it yet but obviously as it's Helly Professional it's going to be breathable, warm, and windproof

Love the sleeve length (long), zip pockets and the Styling of the women‘s jacket, I’m 5’8“ tall and about 135 lbs and the small fit nicely. Bonus: fabric does a pretty darn good job of repelling rain and wet snow (I have another down jacket that does not and that jacket has been a dripping wet pile of down and polyester by the time I got back home). All in all, very excellent and a pretty color!

I am impressed with the insulation while remaining lightweight I was in between ordering large and xl and am glad I chose xl for my 6'1, 185lbs, standard-proportioned son. The arms may be a fraction of an inch long but the jacket length is cut at waist. I think a large could be too short.
