Hamilton Beach 35075 vs Instant Vortex Plus ClearCook

Picked this air fryer up as an option to using my deep fryer. What a great move. So much easier to clean after using, with the non stick coating on the basket. No greasy mess to clean up and it is a healthy alternative to the deep fryer

They have something called the EvenCrisp Technology which adds crunch and tenderness with 95% of the oil . Talk about healthy. It comes with 6 cooking programs that you can customized based on your liking. I have a big family so I love the large capacity of the air fryer

Cleanup is so easy because of the nonstick coating on the pan and included grill rack. This unit is a great value. I'd buy it again.

It's really very sharp looking... BUT just too tall to fit on the kitchen counter, had a hard time finding a spot for it

She says this is a good size for her family of four. She is pleased with its easy to use interface, and of course the crispy tasty food it produces. Great purchase.

It was very easy to figure out without reading through instructions. Thus far we have run it through it's paces with various fries, hamburgers, wings. We are thoroughly impressed. The thing that impressed the most was how quickly it gets up to temp - almost instantaneously

I like being able to see the browning without opening the basket and letting out heat. With energy prices going up, it seems an advantage to have the smaller appliance and less cooking time. If there is a downside, I am not a fan of the knob dial. I would much rather have push buttons to adjust temperature and time, but this is just a preference
