 The s/m size fit my work clothes, shoes, lunch, with a bottled water. Though it developed a small hole in the pocket nearest my back that I had to patch up, I’m still happy with the purchase compared to lord of other running commuter backpacks

 This one just isn't working for me for trail running. I love it for lightweight day hiking or fast hike peaks but I've worn it a few times on some long trail run days and it just feels too clunky for a trail running vest - though I do love the women's specific fit and the gear capacity, fits a full first aid kit, poles, 2.5-3.5 L of water, extra layers and nutrition

 I couldn’t find the comfortable place where the strap didn’t hurt my shoulder and the massive-ness didn’t rub my nipples (I said I wasn’t going to say nipple, but I don’t think I can adequately review it without). Wow! Just used this for the first time for a tough, 28-mile, trail run. This is the best vest I’ve had. Very breathable. Lots of support and I love the easy access, pocket storage space and overall fit
