 That’s a couple flax seeds than need to be gotten out of there somehow! The lids need to be designed better. It would also be nice if they included one for the skillet, they make one and it sells separately for $25 (eye roll). I contacted Greenspan’s customer service and they just said to return them to Amazon. I hope someone at GP cares that these aren’t as good as they could be

Not non-stick after a month, lids catch food

The pans worked great for about 6 months and then the nonstick property started to fade. I made sure to hand wash these gently as to prolong the nonstick effect. Kind of disappointed that they didn’t last for at least a year :(

I really wanted to love this set and leave a five star review because of the reviews I read from others. However I am disappointed in the heat transfer to the handles. I was caught off guard the first couple of times using them and almost burnt my hand. Thought I would share so others are aware

 My husband & I decided to try this cookware because it was cheaper than a new stove. I love these! A good weight - not so heavy it breaks your wrist but not so light the handle makes the pan unbalanced. Super non-stick. I plop mine in the dishwasher

Unfortunately had to return because i received the incorrect lid. Make sure you get the stainless steel lid, because the glass can only withstand so much heat in the oven

Cooked well, but after three uses i was cleaning it and a nonabraisive sponge left these huge scratches. Not worth the money

  However, this being a mid-range pan, there are some compromises that Tramontina had to make. The most significant being that the stainless steel used appears to be of a lower grade. Not enough chrome and rare earth material in the alloy means that your pan WILL stain just by heating it to grilling temperatures as other reviewers have noted. Crude from cooking also is harder to clean off, since it oxidizes and sticks to the metal surface

  The pan I received (end of 2021) was heavy-weight and made in Brazil. The fit and finish were good to excellent. The bolts and molding grill grate were all very well fabricated. Using the pain itself was a breeze, and the heat distribution was indeed both quick and even given the aluminium core

The Tramontina 11 inch tri ply grill is one of the few stainless steel grill pans left on the market today. Why might this be important? A grill pan invariably gets very dirty and so being able to throw this into a dishwasher is an important distinguishing factor.  The pan I received (end of 2021) was heavy-weight and made in Brazil.  The handle design is also excellent — conforms to the hand nicely. The handle does NOT seem to get hot at all during use. The shape of the pan is very nice — the bottom cooking surface may be a little smaller than some may like at ~5.5" however, I think that's a great size cooking surface for this size of fry pan, and the curved edges make it easy to flip food

Just received this 8-inch Tramontina tri-ply fry pan yesterday, thus haven't had a lot of time with it; however, these are my first impressions.  Pros: Good build quality Lightweight cool handle Price Size & shape Made in Brazil  Cons: Bottom cooking surface could have been finished a bit smother IMO.  Build quality is very good. The handle is hollow stainless steel, which is actually very nice — keeps the weight down
