GreenPan Prime Midnight Healthy Ceramic Nonstick vs Tramontina Gourmet 12-Piece Tri-Ply Clad Cookware Set

I’m just trying to make eggs mostly in the small skillet and it doesn’t function well enough. Also, the lids catch food between the glass and the metal rim, gross! See pic. That’s a couple flax seeds than need to be gotten out of there somehow! The lids need to be designed better. It would also be nice if they included one for the skillet, they make one and it sells separately for $25 (eye roll)

Ours was manufactured in China, but that was pretty much expected. It is stainless so those expecting ease of clean up like Teflon or ceramic will be disappointed obviously, but stainless is a whole different animal and if you treat it right and use it properly it works and cleans up almost easily as modern chemical based cookware without the worry of what your feeding your family unknowingly. In other words, it's not for the 'super' lazy cook if you want it to continue to look great, and it does look great, it needs a bit of care

The pans worked great for about 6 months and then the nonstick property started to fade. I made sure to hand wash these gently as to prolong the nonstick effect. Kind of disappointed that they didn’t last for at least a year :(

If quality matters, this set is for you! If you want for displaying, you'll be using barkeeper on the inside for stains, not food sticking, after each use. But, that said, each pots, pans are a beauty, and a joy to use. I'm blessed.
