I bought this in May of 2022, by Dec 2022 the nonstick surface of the bottom of the drawer started to crack and peel off in chunks, now the pan where you actually put the food is also beginning to peel the nonstick surface off. I really love it, very easy to use, works great but I don't want to eat the nonstick paint. sad face

 It doesn't have the same chemical makeup as the Pam's, etc, and will not harm the nonstick. We have been using it for years, pans still look and work as good as when brand new.

 Absolutely no issues, other than for some reason the little plastic piece that hides the button on the basket seems to break with regularity. Not unusable, (and not enough, for me, to lower the 5-star rating),  just one of the little tabs that hold it in place. We have always used the parchment liners (200 on Amazon for around $10), machine still functions flawlessly. As an added note in regards to Pam sprays, also, NEVER use them on your nonstick cookware for the same reason! However, if you need to use a spray, I recommend Baker's Joy

Great product, but..

 Basket failure. I think I might know what is happening. The very first time I made french fries, I did what I feel every single air fryer newb has done, I shook the fries with the inner basket still inside the outer basket. For me, it only took one time to realize I didn't like the excess oil and crumbs going everywhere

 Hey everyone, how you doing? Today is college football game day, so I'm going to be making some chicken strips in the air fryer.

 So I've got the GoWise USA air fryer right here, and let's see how these turn out.

 So before we get started on cooking, I just wanted to point out the unique shape of this air fryer.

 It looks very, very nice in the kitchen as it has this black color contrasting with my white countertop,

 and I like the little hint of chrome silver up top with their logo. So a very good looking air fryer in any kitchen.

 So let's take a look at the pan of the air fryer. So this is it. This is where we're going to put the chicken strips.

 And if you pull this forward right here and then let go of it, pressing that button,

 you can actually take this part off and wash it a lot easier than if it was attached. And then you can wash this one as well very easily.

 It has this kind of nonstick finish to it. So a very, very simple to use little design right there.

 So what we're going to do is we're going to take our frozen chicken strips and lay them out like this, kind of move it around, get it flat.

 No oil is required at all, which is great. And then we're going to put it back like this.

 You'll hear a little snap and then we can push it into the air fryer.

 OK, so now that our chicken strips are inside, all we have to do is press this little power button

 and the rest of the touchscreen display lights up along with a nice beeping noise to let us know that the button was pressed.

 And we have a couple of different preset modes right here. And you can use this little selector button to choose between them.

 As you can see, there's a bunch of images and each image corresponds to a preset mode.

 So we're just going to do this one right here.
