 If your legs are in too close, either your heels or toes will turn out to balance. This ends up putting uneven pressure on your bones and core and may result in increased back or shoulder pain. I'd recommend trying out different sizes at the gym before ordering one to feel what's best for you. Don't waste your money on one that isn't commercial grade, though

 I noticed I was getting an office-chair-posture-slump-and-pouch-belly but I'm starting to see positive toning in my shoulders and abdomen.  Other profs have seen me smiling, working, and (inevitably) bouncing on my ball and have decided to get a ball as well. I'm starting to think this company should pay me for the advertising ;)I recommend this ball over the cheap, thin ones you'll find at large chain stores because it's much more durable, yet still affordable.  The only reason I give it four stars and not the full five is because I ordered one for a colleague as a gift and although it's gray and says "75cm" on the box and ball, it's definitely 85cm

  Initial Quality Impression The ball felt heavier than the other one I had received, which was also rated for 2000 lbs, and didn't smell particularly bad. Indeed, pumping did seem more cumbersome. Others have reported that the included pump is cheap and fairly worthless. I never even tried it as it was identical to the lousy pump I had received with another product, but instead used the handy-dandy included nozzle that fit nicely into a bicycle pump

I purchased this ball to replace a different one that I had less luck with. I was hoping that the "commercial grade" would yield better quality results. Here are my initial impressions. If things change over the next few weeks, I'll be sure to leave an update

 Not to be sat on for multiple hours a day to watch TV or do office work. This will stress the integrity of the ball. You have misused the item for its intended purpose and still got a lot of use out of it. Using the Stability ball for anything other than exercises (sitting on it like a chair) automatically voids warranty

  Contrary to other reviews, it definitely inflates to 75(+)cm. I had to gradually let air out to bring my arm height parallel to my desk.  *Cons* Price. At 34 bucks, its not the cheapest ball out there
