 The lenses though are for a mid-range pair of goggles, the lenses are pretty decent. You get a good quality lens in general with a lot of Giro technology built in, anti-fog, very reflective and so on and it does a really good job in providing you with a clear field of vision depending on the lens that you pick you get a bit more depth perception, you can see the lines a bit better in the snow and so on especially when the light gets a bit flat when there's clouds in front of the sun for example. This lens is sort of for medium kind of weather so a bit overcast not fully sunny and if you go for the lens that are fully sunny obviously they'll let less light through than a lens like this which is designed to let more light through. That said though you can see it very well with the clear goggles here they're not very thick lenses obviously you know for medium size medium price range pair goggles you can't expect the quality of lenses that for example the Oakley goggles had because they're almost three times more expensive so you know they have to cut corners somewhere

 Anyway, the goggles themselves, this is the black one as you can see with the black strap with the big Giro logo on the side. Obviously there's a range of colors available for you. Another thing obviously is that Giro also makes helmets so all Giro's goggles are fully compatible with their helmet lineup for a nice seamless fit, which is very nice. Now the goggles themselves are a medium fit pair of goggles, so that's for people with a slightly smaller face

 This is a great pair of goggles that'll get you along just fine and if you are willing to invest in two or three pair of lenses besides the two that you get in the box with this one I think you have a very nice all-round pair of goggles that you know will get you along very fine and if you know if you only go skiing or snowboarding once a year then this is a good pair of goggles to start with. I can imagine that if you're a pro that is on slopes all day all night you might want to look for something a bit more high-end but for everybody else this is definitely the way to go. I find them comfortable for all day wearing really especially with the helmet you know there's hardly any pressure on your head then anyway but you know sometimes they can pull a bit into your face but I think the foam here does a great job in staying comfortable soaking up a little bit of sweat and moisture and with the venting here on the top and the bottom it keeps your it prevents from fogging up and does a pretty decent job in heat management that way. All in all a good all-round pair of goggles like I said before medium spec medium price range so you really get what you pay for you get a medium spec medium price range pair of goggles that does the price just as I think

 That said though for the money you get good lenses you can even get you know a whole set of lenses that you can change depending on the weather and the day and you always have you know the right tool for the job so to speak and these though do a great job in making sure that you can see where you're going and that your face stays warm and protected as well. All in all I'd say it's a good sort of beginner goggle for anybody that maybe goes skiing or snowboarding once a year this is a great goggle to have if you want to spend you know a bit of money on lenses on goggles but not go completely overboard up in the 2-300 euro range. This is a great pair of goggles that'll get you along just fine and if you are willing to invest in two or three pair of lenses besides the two that you get in the box with this one I think you have a very nice all-round pair of goggles that you know will get you along very fine and if you know if you only go skiing or snowboarding once a year then this is a good pair of goggles to start with.  Size is really about Medium. I have a tiny tiny pin head and these are about as big as I would go if you're a small adult male or teen. If you go too big, your ski mask can fog up the goggles through the bottom vent, just something to look for when purchasing ANY goggles from any brand. I would highly recommend these, and have no complaints

Great Goggles

 It made for a real challenging ride down the mountain to change lenses. The Sunny Lens is good, Nothing special but I could tell jumps and drops from a flat surface. the frame is pretty small and will not fit around glasses. Overall

The Low light lens that comes with these are Garbage! I tried them and was up on the mountain before I decided I would throw them away before ever trying this lens again! there was no depth perception, the powder and ice all looked the same.. Everything was just white.

 Xlmtb goggle! Thank you guys for watching the review. Um definitely suggest you check these things out if you're in the market. For some new goggles appreciate you watching and we hope to see out on the trails 

 But they've got everything from chromapop to kind of your base level, clear lens and that will sort of bring the price of the goggle down. I think they start around 55 and go up to 85 if you want to go with a mirrored chromapop lens um. In our opinion, if you're, if you're gon na spend the money - and you have it in your budget, chromapop is the way to go. It is definitely a better picture

 So here are the goggles, as i said they fit well inside. Obviously it's a smith helmet we've been running these goggles with a number of different helmets just to make sure that they fit and work well. They do, but when you go to put them on right like and you want to make that adjustment, as you can see normally, if you had an outrigger, you could kind of make those adjustments easily right. Now you kind of have to find a spot or pull the strap and get it out to get them settled into your place

Smith Squad XL Chromapop Goggles Reviewed

I wouldn't do the Chromapop Everyday Green lenses again though—the exterior may be green mirror, but looking through them it has a very strong magenta color cast which your brain compensates for and then everything looks green when you take them off. I much prefer a more neutral color
