 Her old helmet didn’t fit. The helmet was not usable as it had a magnetic security tag hanging on it. It was a complete fail!  They did send me a replacement. Unfortunately she didn’t get to wear a helmet that day

Best Ski Helmets of 2022 - GearLab

I will return the Ratio because the ‘larger’ shell and weight just aren’t as attractive as the Union model...( my Smith googles fit both models well)

 Paid $99 each and I think the Union is typically in the $160 range but priced at $99..I will return the Ratio because the ‘larger’ shell and weight just aren’t as attractive as the Union model.

 Bigger shell and its heavier ..quite a bit heavier. With a large XL sized head the Ratio just looked oddly large

Helmet is ‘larger and heavier’ than others

It fits well with the goggles but the helmet is notably heavier than my previous gyro helmet even without skull candy earphones installed.

Heavier and bulkier than the older gyro gear.

Tested. This works well against trees the snow and other skiers! I've had a few times I would have been severely injured if it wasn't for this helmet.
