If you have smaller lats and traps, it is best to size down for added compression. That being said, due to that lack of adjustability, you may experience some pinching in the armpit area. The bra can be machine washed in cold water but must be air-dried. It can handle being machine-dried a few times, but the elasticity will last much longer if you care for it properly. If you are looking for a longline sports bra as comfortable as it is supportive, the Paloma is an excellent choice.

I'm a 32GG and purchased a M. It's great for yoga and lounging around the house/doing chores but I wouldn't use it as a sports bra.

I'm a GG cup so wasn't expecting this so be the most supportive but it does surprisingly well! Really comfortable too. Most 'yoga bra' types that I try end up giving me a sore neck/shoulders because the weight pulls on the back/straps but the fabric does a really good job of supporting everything and there's a sturdy band round the bottom that does a lot of the work too.

This is my first time trying the Tommy Bra and I found it a more snug fit than the Paloma. I can wear a small or medium in the Paloma, depending on how much support I want, but I definitely needed the medium in the Tommy. For reference, I'm a size 10, 34C. I love the square neckline which is a lovely shape front and back, and I like the cropped fit
