Ghost Of Tsushima vs Outer Wilds

These moments often feel hidden. If you want Ghost to be more than a standard action game, you need to search out these elements. Thankfully, unlike, say, Days Gone, the world and story are at least interesting. While I skipped a number of the sidequests, I made sure to play through the storylines for each of Jin’s close allies who have their own narrative threads that kept me away from the main storyline; characters range from a disgraced sensei seeking out his top pupil who defected to the Mongol army to a reformed thief trying to make a better life

This game's gonna get slept on compared to the other stuff announced, but Outer Wilds is legit amazing. It's one of those "go in blind and enjoy the ride" kind of games. Actually kinda mad they talked about the >!22 minute time limit and the sun going supernova, since that's kind of the first big surprise of the game!< but whatever not a big deal. There's an excellent story to uncover in this game, and I still think about it months later

Brutes, Swordman, Sword and shield, and Spear/Pole guys. You'll be able to kill archers using another of those melee types or by shooting your bow. This game keeps the combat interesting by having you battle with a mix of different enemy types that you have to switch your fighting style to match there during the fight. When switching styles your enemy will still be coming after your but it slows it down drastically so you're not in a bum rush to change styles

Outer Wilds has both excellent spaceflight and jetpack-based on-foot gameplay. Just wonderful movement all-round, they struck a perfect balance between arcade and real-world physics.

I'd have liked the option to do it one way, even if that decision increased my struggle.

Outer Wilds. Not the most disappointed per se, but the biggest difference in my experience versus how people talked about it. The flying controls were super frustrating, and although I loved the "time loop" concept, constantly having to retrace my steps over and over again got pretty annoying. This is mostly a personal taste thing though, as I don't tend to enjoy games where the onus of exploring and discovery is on me as a player
