 The lock/unlock function is good for families with small children, a great safety meaure, that I very much appreciate. The multiple power levels are great, there have been times when I needed a lower cooking level on a previously owned microwave and it wasn't available. Setting the clock was quick and easy. I have had this for less than 5 months and it's rusting in the crevices.  It makes me wonder if it's safe to use.

 That is a handy feature. The size is really good for about 90% of what you use a microwave for and about as big as I would want to go with a counter top unit. Lots of power and helpful presets. I like the "dinner plate" setting as that is a common use for me

 Another positive and helpful feature is located at the top of the microwave (when the door is opened). It is a sensor guide for cooking various foods ,telling the code to use according to the portion size. There is also a sensor guide for reheating. Most microwaves have a specific guide for auto menu items, such as beverage, popcorn, potato, and soup

 This microwave is versatile because of it's "Sensor Express Cooking Knob." This sensor cooking knob is multi-purposed which makes cooking simpler and without any delay.  The form to complete on the warranty is found on the last page. I am very pleased to have Galanz's Express Wave , 1100 watt Microwave Oven with Sensor Express Cooking Knob in my home. I know that it will be faster and easier to prepare food, with time to do other things around the house because I will not be chained to the stove.

 I think most microwave cooking instructions assume this size so it is nice to be able to just follow directions when cooking. 

It has several features that are very useful. First, on a safety note, you can lock the cooking controls so small independent children will have a harder time using it without supervision. Not a good purchase. Glad I got the extended warranty on this. not long after store return was out it started smelling hot like WIRES MELTING. Was not a good smell

Cons; It runs noisier than our last microwave of the same size and power; the warning beep [when you do not remove your food immediately] is super annoying; and the glass tray is a full 2 inches smaller than my last microwave of the same size. Maybe my old microwave was just very bad, but this microwave cooks in almost half the time I used to cook.  I’m not as happy with the air fryer as I was with my old one, it doesn’t seem like enough room with a rack. Maybe I am using it wrong, I don’t know.  The controls are a little confusing for me, so I haven’t tried to use the convection oven yet
