Foreo Bear vs Myolift Mini Microcurrent

I used the Bear on its highest setting (10) and even did the treatments 3x each but the results have not lasted nearly as long as the results I get with my Tua Viso. I will be returning this.

I got no other explanation, no elaboration on what's to come and whether that could be an option in the future, nothing but that one word. I guess I should just be glad I got an answer period, because that was the second time I asked. The first time I connected I asked my question, received an auto-reply then waited around 15 minutes and got no response whatsoever. For the price, honestly, that is terrible

After 3 months I called customer service & was again given helpful advice. I went to the advanced, or 350 level. I could slack off & do it once a week but was advised, if I had the time, to continue my 3x wkly routine. I do the entire educate & some of the erase routine

The only reason I gave this four stars rather than five is that I personally would never pay almost $300 for it. I know that other people would. For me, it's just not worth that much money. Still, I have really enjoyed using the Foreo Bear

I did a live chat on the 7E Wellness website and was told I would receive an email form to fill out and, at some point, there would be an exchange. I have yet to even see the email, however, so will probably have to continue corresponding with Amazon until some action is taken. I'm not going to be ripped off to the tune of $300, plus another $25 or so for the gloves and lead attachments. Update: Amazon is sending a replacement, as the seller sent a generic response and the website rep failed to send the exchange form (via email) that I had agreed to fill out per online chat
