 You could have a $5,000 package by the time you're done. Just remember that this rifle is not for the faint of heart. I think it's a little bit too heavy, and the reason for that, again, is because when they primarily designed this rifle, I feel like they designed the 17. I think the 16 was kind of an afterthought

FN Scar 16 Full Review: Modern Masterpiece Or Waste Of Money?

 When we came over here I believe this was the Winchester load, we're right at an inch and a quarter on that one center to center. Then we came down here, Federal I believe 168 on that one, and that one center to center is MOA, so we're right at one inch on that one. And here we had the 175 grain Gorilla, on that one we're right at an inch and a quarter. Last week I could probably roll in an image here, a screenshot of the target that we had last week

 Unfortunately when I filmed the accuracy portion last week I forgot to hit record so today we hit record. So a week later from the rest of the video we have some pretty darn good wind as you guys can probably hear, unfortunately. But in the gun right now we have some PPU M80 ball courtesy of LAX ammunition. Then we have a few match loads that we're going to run through it as well

 That primary one, arms one, is doing well, but it's only got about five, 600 rounds on it. So we'll see how it goes. But yeah, that's pretty much it. That's my summary of the scar and also the accuracy test that so many people have talked about

 I always felt like when I was working with HK at the time they should have partnered up maybe with Aimpoint and had Aimpoint handle the red dot sight of it although that didn't really go anywhere. That was my thought process behind it and let Insight Technology stick with the IR and the vis laser. Like I said, politics kind of did this gun in as well as the gun never really met its weight objective. It was it was kind of billed to be an incredibly lightweight weapon

 Very reliable, robust weapon with a gas system adapted from the AR-18 or of course the World War II German G43 and Soviet SVT-40. Bolt carrier is adapted from the AR-18 G36, very reliable weapon. This particular weapon is reliable also. Now a few of the changes they made on it as opposed to the G36 magazine released down here instead of being the AK style flapper you see on a G36
