 All of the militaries who used this gun in service, they only used this in special forces applications and I have no doubt it's because the gun is probably expensive to outfit every soldier with one and I doubt it's reliability is as good as other service rifles just personally and the ergonomics are just pretty awful, I mean they really are not super good. It's definitely more of a gun who would fit someone like Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell or something like that in a really special forces niche application. So personally something I'm not even sure if you can say it on YouTube but for those government agencies and stuff that did it, a gun like this would be fairly decent for those sorts of missions that are all based around just assassination and probably because this gun is still really accurate, especially if you get a good optic on it, this gun is still really accurate, you've got a full length barrel in here and the first couple casings that you shoot, if you could accomplish your mission in a few casings, it doesn't leave them laying around either and if it did or if you wanted to clear them out of the gun, you could literally flip down your little trap door, catch your casings and that's it. So this gun really would have been just perfect for special forces guys who didn't, maybe on the mission hopefully didn't have to do much combat because I think once you actually had to start doing combat and mag changes and tactical reloads, I think it would have been a nightmare with this gun

 The F2000 body is mostly made of lightweight polymers. So this gun is in my opinion, like the video states, probably the worst service rifle imaginable. I think this has terrible ergonomics. This is weird, everything about this gun is just weird, honestly it's a really expensive gun and it feels super cheap and again that's because of the plastic stuff, I talked about it in the last video

 It's very very well built It's FN at the end of the day and overall the weight It's not exactly light but it's not heavy and because it's a bullpup most of that barrel weight actually kind of leans back In fact, this is not a 16 inch barrel. It's actually a 17.4 They had to extend it and pin and weld the break for minimum length requirements So even then 17.4 inch barrel if I'm not mistaken, it's still super super condensed compact Easy to one hand as bullpups usually are being a fan it has some shared parts you kind of see around here the fire selector is shared from a PS 90 or P 90 the Which was before this gun and then after this gun was a scar and they both share the same little gas Adjuster right here for suppressed or unsuppressed Exact same piece right there

 I want to give is to enforce they make fantastic weapon lights as well as flashlights They're sleek looking feature-rich and the rifle lights actually double as IR illuminators, which is pretty sweet They don't break the bank. And again, they're pretty darn sweet.  It's got that HK slap All right guys, well in summary this thing is awesome I might actually say this has almost become one of my favorite 308 rifles to shoot The recoil impulse is unlike anything I've ever felt and this is my first time firing a roller delayed or roller lock Bolt setup, so I'm really excited to continue to try out this platform And honestly, I love the look of it and the feel of it with these iron sights So I think I'm just gonna forget the claw mount and continue to run it like this if I ever get a second PTR To the channel, I'll definitely compare and contrast and maybe at optics to do a really nice accuracy test now I am NOT an HK expert and I am just getting into this whole roller lock category of this type of rifle and what really Inspired me to look again and really look for this is I believe PTR came out with one of their HK MP5 clones in the 9 millimeter the K version the short version So I started seeing that pop up an Instagram and I started wanting to try that and then I found this at the shop And had to get it and I am so glad I did also I believe that magazines themselves are like dirt cheap and can be found everywhere. So I'm gonna stock up on some mags I'm gonna do an update video when I hit about 500 rounds But so far I've fired about three or four boxes of wolf steel cased ammo. No problem That's a box of this China sport ammo Which was cheap junk and then a box or two of the milsurp brass cased ammo I believe was a South African ammo and it just worked perfectly it threw the shells into the stratosphere There is no way this thing is gonna stovepipe. It was incredibly reliable
