My problem was with the silver metal shaft for the lat pull. It was damaged and it does not allow the weight holder to travel up and down freely, even after putting some weights and silicone grease. I contacted them and they gave me two options to get some money refunded for or to wait about one month and a half to get the new part and $50 back. They were super cool about it so far… quick responses from the team

Any less space would be too tight to comfortably lift. Any more would take up space for other equipment in your workout area. Perfectly sized for my needs. -The paint quality and finish is not cheap

Any Rogue power rack (bigger is better), with a matching Rogue Ohio bar, and of course a set of bumper plates. You know nothing crazy

You get what you pay for, and this thing will hopefully get me in the 300, 400, and 500 club. If it does that, it will have been a good buy.

Overall I would highly recommend this product for the average to above average user, especially for the price. If you are a huge guy that lifts super heavy or a professional power lifter this might not be the rack for you. But for now this is perfect for my son and I.

I received the model without the stabilization bracket, however it seems to be stable so far. I could not find in the instructions the weight capacity of the pulleys and the cable - I emailed the support to get that answer. I may upgrade the plastic pulleys, carabiners and pulleys at some point as I have concerns with them supporting over 100lbs. So far the system works well, the movement of the weights up and down is smooth, and the cage is stable

I was hoping for a an affordable power rack that would allow me to do , 450 lb squat and 315 bench press at home and some basic back and arm pull downs .. This rack is very sturdy well engineered for its price range . The lat pull down attachments are very good home gym quality

I will say that the lack of knurling on the pull up/chin up bar is disappointing, and I'm no fan of rubber/foam grips on the pull down and low row bars. Easy fix for the attachment bars (chrome knurled accessory kit), not so much for the chin up bar which is part of the rack and adds structural support. The stability of the rack is quite good. I got nervous after reading some of the other reviews as I was waiting for the rack to arrive

First thing he's ever put together, along with an adjustable bench to use with the rack. Quality seems a-ok and I have to say, it does seem a great bargain for the product. I would not say it is unstable at all, but as someone who has been a gym member and free weight user in pro gyms for over 30 years, it is not PRO equipment stable. I would go along with adequate and stable but care to be used not to overload one side of plates

Either FR changed the design or I’m missing something because all it takes to attach the pads is to hold the bar in place as you slide the pins in the proper set of holes. 30 seconds, just as easy as changing pin levels for any other reason and should not be a reason not to consider this product line. I’m glad I went through with my purchase and it is unfortunate that such misinformation can sway purchase decisions. Another review had assembly time with two people and proper tools at over three hours for the base rack

Because of this my grip slipped and the weight holder fell to the bottom breaking with 140lbs on it. I also had a few issues with the holes in the uprights not lining up making it very difficult to place the safety bars. However, upon contacting customer service, I received a prompt and helpful reply and they quickly resolved my issues. It was truly the best customer service I have ever experienced
