One side of the dip bars was defective and wouldn't accept the retaining knob because the threads hadn't been cut properly. One washer was missing. All six of the gourd buckles were missing which meant I couldn't even complete building or test the lat attachment until I received a replacement. Their QC/QA seems to have systemic problems; I ordered a few other items directly from Rep Fitness (FID bench, landmine attachment, weight horns) and I had similar issues (defects/damage/insufficient instructions)

I received the model without the stabilization bracket, however it seems to be stable so far. I could not find in the instructions the weight capacity of the pulleys and the cable - I emailed the support to get that answer. I may upgrade the plastic pulleys, carabiners and pulleys at some point as I have concerns with them supporting over 100lbs. So far the system works well, the movement of the weights up and down is smooth, and the cage is stable

Update buy horns for weights like em on towards lat attachment. Rep bumper plates are legit and price is good. I got 415 and need more and they are handling a beating. We like use front for our workouts and horns for light weights

I will say that the lack of knurling on the pull up/chin up bar is disappointing, and I'm no fan of rubber/foam grips on the pull down and low row bars. Easy fix for the attachment bars (chrome knurled accessory kit), not so much for the chin up bar which is part of the rack and adds structural support. The stability of the rack is quite good. I got nervous after reading some of the other reviews as I was waiting for the rack to arrive

Either FR changed the design or I’m missing something because all it takes to attach the pads is to hold the bar in place as you slide the pins in the proper set of holes. 30 seconds, just as easy as changing pin levels for any other reason and should not be a reason not to consider this product line. I’m glad I went through with my purchase and it is unfortunate that such misinformation can sway purchase decisions. Another review had assembly time with two people and proper tools at over three hours for the base rack

-I used the larger diameter pull-up bar for the front of the cage, just a preference, as the holes are the same. Quality: -Powder coating is uniform with no flaws or spurs. -Weight of steel is reassuring, there are stamped numbers for the crossbar slots that are difficult to read, but I remedied with rubbing chalk across the surface to highlight the numbers and will use either nail polish or colored tape to mark at a later point. -Crossbars seem to be good quality and had no spurs on the edges or defects
