  This case is great, honestly; the look, the design, the durability of the faux-leather is all there. It's too bad the plastic parts aren't more durable - and I know they could be; we have the technology - because this is going to have to go into the trash before its time. I will likely replace it with the same type of case, because it does what I need it to do while it lasts.  So manufacturers, if you are reading this: use better plastic

Great case... for about a year

 The cover top and bottom snapped right into place and fit perfectly. I’m running the latest MacBook Pro with Touch Bar and this case fit perfectly. I like the edges and the thinness of the case it’s very light and easy to hold as far as holding the computer with the case on it. It’s not bulky feeling at all

Great case!

I just received this product and put on my macbook. When I was purchasing I was hesitant because of the negative reviews saying it was hard to put on (to the point it could break your screen) and that the plastic locking tabs were way too hard to open. I found both of these things to be untrue! While putting it on is not totally intuitive, it is easy to figure out. You do not need to press on the screen very hard to get the top on

If you're nervous because of the negative reviews on here don't be

  They spent too much time on the design (which really isn’t that nice) and not enough time on usability.  If you’re planning on opening and closing your MacBook even semi-often, I would suggest looking for a different case.  If you’re expecting a higher-quality case for the steeper $80 price-tag of this item, I would suggest looking for a different case.  All around disappointed in this case; especially for it being $80

Returning after 5 minutes

Would recommend and worth the price for superior materials used. It has a Snug fit, Modern look and provides Excellent protection. Although it is Lightweight the item still holds up and is Durable, but with a Sleek aesthetic.

It’s a perfect fit! I like that it clicks closed and very easy to open. The cover is very light which is important since this laptop goes with me everywhere. Finally, the vents at the bottom definitely provide the ventilation required. Great purchase!
