I was very happy with this purchase until about a month ago. After "babying" these pots and pains for 7 months, the omlet and fry pan, which are used the most, are beginning to lose their non stick feature and have become difficult to clean.  The newer versions with the ceramic cooking surfaces are fantastic! Each time I wash a pot or pan, I feel like I am in some kind of non-stick commercial. The ceramic surface basically rinses spotlessly clean immediately no matter what I've just cooked. Yesterday, I forgot I had left olive oil on very high heat to answer a phone call. When I came back in the kitchen, the olive oil was burning and there was a lot of black smoke

 Also with the nonstick coating most food comes off with just a tiny bit of soap and little scrubbing meaning cleaning them is really fast, and on the off chance something does stick boiling a little bit of vinegar will help loosen whatever is stuck and then you can rinse with cold water and soap.       Another and honestly the biggest plus on these pans is that they have a lifetime warranty so if the nonstick no longer works or if you feel like they are not working to proper standard they will replace them, as long as it wasn't defective by abuse of the pans or misuse.      There are a few things to know though before using the pans and basic maintenance. First when you first get the pans you will have to soak them with baking powder and hot water this will remove the coating the put on the pans to keep them from getting damaged in shipping, also if they pans start to loose their sheen you can do this

Another thing is you have to be gentle with cleaning these as using a heavy scrubber or throwing these in the dishwasher and remove the nonstick coating and will void the lifetime warranty.     Overall I really enjoy these pans they cook food fantastically well and they look really nice, I would definitely recommend these to any one looking for a long term cookware

 That’s a couple flax seeds than need to be gotten out of there somehow! The lids need to be designed better. It would also be nice if they included one for the skillet, they make one and it sells separately for $25 (eye roll). I contacted Greenspan’s customer service and they just said to return them to Amazon. I hope someone at GP cares that these aren’t as good as they could be

Not non-stick after a month, lids catch food

The pans worked great for about 6 months and then the nonstick property started to fade. I made sure to hand wash these gently as to prolong the nonstick effect. Kind of disappointed that they didn’t last for at least a year :(
