For US 36J, UK 36GG, this doesn’t have much support. Heavy on the shoulders, it stretches by the end of the day. It’s not my first choice bra.

My size and measurements are very, very close to yours, and I personally wear bras from Fantasie and Panache pretty much exclusively, because they suit my shape. Fantasie Illusion is very soft and almost works like a t-shirt bra due to the soft material and lack of lace, but it's a seamed cup bra with all of the shaping advantages there.

After years of just buying the biggest size I could find at Ross and Target and ignoring how badly they fit, I started reading this subreddit and decided to go to a boutique to be properly fitted. It had rave reviews online, with people saying they drove 2 hours to get there because they have bras for larger chests and friendly employees. I went in nervous but excited, but the fitter was really rude. She kept putting me in bras that clearly didn't fit (several of them were so tight I couldn't breathe properly and/or had tissue spilling out the top). She also didn't tell me my actual size, and had me try on a ton of ultra-lacy bras in seemingly random sizes (one was a 32F, another was a 34J). I said I felt uncomfortable with a ton of cleavage or lace and that I just wanted a practical t-shirt bra, and she said she doesn't know of any companies that make bras like that in my size. On top of that, she said everyone with a small band size and large cup size wants lace, and that I should just buy the $85 one that I didn't like and didn't fit well. I said I wasn't interested, walked out, and immediately burst into tears. I was already feeling insecure about my breasts and I felt so much worse afterwards.

When I got home I measured myself using the ABTF calculator and got these measurements:
31 loose underbust
29 snug
28 tight
37 standing bust
41 leaning
37 lying down
The UK size it suggested was a 30FF or a 32F. And, as far as I can tell, I'm projected and full on top, with my right breast bigger and shaped a bit differently than the left. Previous bras I've worn are around a 36DD or 38D in brands I've found on clearance at Target (like Warner's or Auden) but the band is very loose and the edges of the top always curl out. I'd prefer to get a t-shirt bra with full or close to full coverage. I'm feeling really overwhelmed with all of the different brands and measurements, is there anyone in the same size as me who's found a simple, well-fitting and flattering bra?

EDIT: you guys are AMAZING. I came out of the store feeling awful, but hearing that I&#39;m not alone made me feel SO much better. I now have a solid list of companies and styles to with from. Feeling humiliated after a boutique bra fitting (both a rant and a recommendation request)

I got over my tan bra aversion, and bought a Fantasie Illusion. It is SO SOFT! I really like it. The fit was lovely.

 Unlined, seamed cups are easier to fit than molded cups, so I would stick with those. Panache Envy or Clara, Fantasie Illusion or any of their balconettes like Emmie (their style names change with *every* fabric, but they are the same cut).

I would recommend "side support" or "side sling" balconette bras for you from Panache or Fantasie. Stretch lace at the tops of the cups will flex to fit with your shape. Unlined, seamed cups are easier to fit than molded cups, so I would stick with those. I ordered a lepel fiore lace plunge in 34FF to try on, but right after I ordered it I started losing weight (totally unintentional! Maybe some of those Covid pounds peeling off). Anyway, I didn’t try the 34FF on for a long time bc I thought that it would be way too big and then I would feel bad about my weight loss. 

But I finally put it on to see where I need to go next. It wasn’t as huge as I was fearing. The shape is all wrong, there was a little quadding when I scooped and swooped, and there was a lot of painful rubbing you can see by my armpit. NSFW [pictures here](https://imgur.com/a/Ztdmg1A)

So I redid the calculator with new measurements:

And this time I got 34F. 

So, I was hoping that you all could give some recommendations for where to go from here.

Love'd the color, style & side support of this bra. I purchased a small band than normal and it is still so comfortable! I'd highly recommend this bra to any one. The curvature around the upper breast lays wonderfully. The side support is very good & non-invasive to the tissue area

This bra is vetoed because of the shape and how I feel in it. I really feel not pretty in this bra and also like I'm being squeezed and pinched to fit a strange pointy shape. * I did also get some Cleo marcie's in the Nordstrom Rack sale, but the sizing got screwed up and they are a 30J US/UK(that's how it is marked on the bra)?? I don't know what that means, but it isn't a 30JUS/30GGUK, so I'm returning it.
