 At 95mm underfoot, the Dictator 2.0X is a versatile off-piste performer that's more than capable in deep snow but you might want something a little wider if you're heading in the direction of Japanese powder. All in all, a really solid, if not particularly playful ski that will satisfy powerful, confident female skiers. Whilst it definitely requires a solid drive, if you like to be in the front then you'll be pleased with how the Dictator 2

0X is a classic freeride, flat tail ski that demands to be skied with power, commitment and grandes cojones (or the female equivalent).  I have really no complaints. It's a 177 length. I am 511 and I think that's like the perfect length for me and the rocker of this ski is a modified freeride rocker which basically means that it's rocker in the nose and a little bit in the tail with a camber underfoot. It's a really rockered ski though

 I have not sunk once in this ski. It floats like no tomorrow. It really stays on top of it even in that really really deep stuff that we get here in Northwest. I have Marker Griffin 13s on this ski

ON3P Woodsman 108 Ski Review

 This is my second 52 weeks of adventure gear garage kind of like review thing.

 I am choosing to review my On3P Woodsman 108.

 They're the 2020 version but they didn't really change that much from the 2020 to the 2021.

 There's not a whole lot that's different and yeah let's get into it.

 For one it's a 108 underfoot with a 135 nose and then it kind of tapers at the tail of the 125.

 It has a bi-directional side cut but what that means is that there's actually a

 shorter turn radius at the nose of the ski and a longer turn radius at the tail of the ski.

 What this allows is you to actually like snap out of turns and really have some flow while you're

 skiing. It does an exceptional job of powder. I have not sunk once in this ski. It floats like

 no tomorrow. It really stays on top of it even in that really really deep stuff that we get here in

 Northwest. I have Marker Griffin 13s on this ski. It's my inbound ski. I went with a traditional

 alpine binding because this ski is really heavy and I'm not going to take it uphill. It's like

 you put it together how the ski really starts conjoining right about here which I think is a

 lot of rocker in the actual ski itself. It is really easy to maneuver around in. I've really

 enjoyed it. I actually prefer this ski over my Atomic Vantage 107s but they're not as

 I guess light as that so that's why I went with the traditional alpine binding itself.

 Long 3P is doing some really cool stuff with their skis right now. I'm thinking about getting a

 custom one for their actual Woodland 102 in their touring layout. That's down the road. They're

 pretty spendy but yeah I don't really have any complaints about this ski. The only thing is is

 that when you do get into like a icy corduroy it does tend to slide out on you. I don't wish

 it because I need to tune my edges or what but it definitely slides out and you kind of lose

 confidence in the turn but other than that in crud and powder and pretty much any other condition

 it doesn't it does an awesome job. It's a perfect ski. I highly suggest you going and picking one

 up. I've had a lot of fun on them. So that's the end of this gear garage 52 weeks of adventure kind

 of thing. These are going to be posted every single week on Fridays and yeah it's been a

 pleasure. So I guess all else is to say is I'll see you guys out on the trails and I'll catch you on the next one.

Looking for a new ski.  Coming off the old on3p Kartel 106 which I loved but looking for something a bit more directional.  I am 6’2, 190, ski at Bridger Bowl and Big Sky.  I can be found hiking the ridge, skiing chutes, groomer runs with the family, trees, bump, basically everything but the park.  I love doing little side hits but mostly keep my feet on the ground, no butters/spins.  I have a separate set of center mountain twin tips (k2 poacher) and a set of powder skis.  I’m looking for an all mountain ski that will be fun everywhere but it needs to be stable at high speeds ramming through crud and easy to initiate turns for bumps and tight spots.  I know I could choose a better ski for any particular situation so this is your typical un-answerable “best of all worlds” question. Whatever I choose, I’ll mount pivot 15s. 

Short list includes Fischer ranger 102 (the new one with 50% metal), Moment Wild Cat 101, and ON3P Woodsman 102.  

Any thoughts between those or what else I should be considering?
