Great customer service on getting back with emails on order tracking. :)) Unfortunately not waterproof as mentioned it was run down after a quick face wash (only water)during my day shift in the hospital. Mascara- easy to apply and felt comfortable not heavy but got clumpy and wore off after 4-6 hrs and was also not water proof. Had high hopes with the eyeliner :((( not sure if i’ll buy again

it’s a decent mascara but not good to wear for periods longer than an hour. it makes me look like a raccoon after an hour or 2.

But this formula is SUPER dry!! I am assuming that it is supposed to be that way, but it flakes upon application and I have to cleanup the mess on my cheeks. The volume is actually pretty good and the length is good too and I like the classic wand. But I have to re-dip into the tube at least 6 times per eye and that is VERY unusual for me. IMO a good mascara only needs to be re-dipped once per eye, maybe twice (for my everyday, going into the office makeup)

When I received the mascara it was loose in the package, not boxed or sealed or anything. Upon opening the mascara I found that it was almost completely dried out! Amazon did refund my money, so that was nice of them, but I wanted mascara (hence why I ordered it) so I was still disappointed. I went ahead and threw the mascara itself away but kept the brush and I've used the brush with other mascaras and it's really nice! It separates the lashes nicely and I can apply two or three coats of mascara with the brush without it clumping or giving me "spider leg lashes". Not sure if the mascara itself is any good but the brush is awesome!
