I'm using an Ergotron LX with my Dell UP2715K. It holds very well after some initial adjustment. In my opinion it's worth the higher price to support heavier monitors without issue. I am in the market for another 5K Dell if you decide to sell

I picked up a Ergotron LX in silver and black for my standing desk recently, loving it so far can recommend. I can't comment on other brands.

Whoah. When I first started shopping I could not believe the prices of the LCD swivel mount arms in general. I was prepared to pull out my grandfather's Erector Set and start fabricating my own hack-job of a monitor stand, or go to Home Depot, buy some metal banding, hinges, cinderblock, screws, and some OSB to fabricate my own industrial-style workspace for about 25% of the price of a fancy swivel alone! But after thinking reasonably and logically, I realized that I may as well invest something that suits the aesthetic of others as well as myself. because I don't always work alone

They were excellent. This $210 Maui Jim pair, on the other hand, are a major disappointment in fit and the way they're put together. The lens clarity seems as excellent as you'd expect, so no issue there. But they're very lopsided when put on - it's impossible to get them to sit right - and just put together very poorly

TL;DR: want the white version? Want to mount directly to the desk, without a clamp? You'll need another part, and that's neither inexpensive nor easy to figure out. First, I'm happy with the arm, basically. It isn't quite as easy to relocate as I'd hoped, but I've been tinkering with adjustments and I'm getting close to what I want. Maui Jim lenses are simply the best These are ultra light and fit great for me and I have a wider than average face but doesn't feel like bending them or any pressure on my temples or ears (other sunglasses do that and gives me headaches if wear them long) Excellent look to boot I got blue lenses for general purpose use and keeping eye out for a sale to get another pair or two with other lenses for variety and use for different applications Best sunglasses I've ever had

The arm works great and supports my 27” Wacom Cintiq, for the price I would have expected a vesa mount to come with it. The vice portion is sturdy on top but a bit underwhelming below and doesn’t close tight enough to fit most desks, I had to put a piece of wood beneath it. Also there is no padding for the top which I remedied with foam to stop it digging into my desk. Product works great, I just feel for the price of it, it should come with higher quality desk mount adjustments

They seem like a good idea, but only a couple of brands do them right. Otherwise it's a needle thin piece of metal under tension inside there.

Trying to mount a 49" 1000r curved super ultrawide? Wrong arm. You want the hx arm with the HD head that's meant for that specific monitor. Anything larger than a 27" ultrawide should be on an hx arm. The lx is meant for smaller or non curved monitors
