Customer service offered a full refund and for me to keep the pillow based on removing or changing my review, which I did not appreciate since I value honest reviews. I would rather return the pillow that didn’t work for me and get my refund and leave an honest review. However, I did adjust my review up a star since my original issues are no longer a concern (smell and size). I wish it helped my neck and shoulder pain as intended, but I did see upon rereading the info above (in small print) it says this pillow may not be helpful for severe cervical pain, a softer pillow may be needed

I sleep so hot and the ONLY pillow that has worked for me is the nest easy breather pillow. There’s nothing that will stay cold all night long but for years it has been my absolute fav! Also get yourself some crisp linen pillow covers :)

This pillow would probably work well if it was an inch or 2 taller. I have to put a towel under it to lift it more or I get terrible shoulder pain.

A bag is provided to use for the filling that you remove. My only complaint is that the bag is not big enough. I needed to use that and then also used an old pillow case for the filling that would not fit into the bag.
