Elomi Matilda vs Panache Ava Plunge Bra

AND IT WORKED!! I found three that fit AND gave me an actual rounded shape AND were comfortable: Elomi Matilda (40DD), Elomi Brianna (40DD), and Chantelle Rive Gauche (42D).

The top edge of the cup actually makes a connection with my breast and doesn’t flap around. Even if I slouch the fit doesn't change much.

BUT due to the size of the underwire on such a small band, the under wire ends in my armpits, almost to my back. If the wire had been made smaller and the Material cups bigger, this would have been a great bra. Another issue is that because of the placement of the straps being aligned with the under wire, the straps are actually into my armpits rather than centered on my shoulders. I want to love this because it’s cute and it At least comes close to fitting, but it’s painful to wear for a long time

I love my Elomi Matilda and honestly I wear a couple of Elomi swim bras as my regular bras because they are so comfy!!

I find that my Panache Ana plunge bra is comfortable as long as I'm not sitting in the car too long. Sitting changes my posture and ribcage shape, and the lack of center gore makes the center wires poke in a little bit. Otherwise it's great.

Let's start with the good: - This is a beautiful bra. The embroidery is cute and doesn't feel matronly, and I think the scalloped edges on the cup would be cute peeking out from under a top. - The side panels are supportive and I feel like my boobs are projected but not torpedoes. - The gore tacks really nicely and it's definitely a low plunge

I love this bra! It FITS 🙌🏽 , first of all, looks great… and it’s not the reg super thick and padded black or white bra that stores seem to think is the only option for ppl who aren’t an A B or C cup!

I have too much volume on the top to wear bras with underwire that sit flush with your chest and go up quite high. These give me the freedom to wear low cut tops and rather slinky materials without being able to see the bra through. I love the shape these give my girls.

With no padding at all, my silhouette looks more projected than a standard padded bra and this doesn’t slip or slide around. Now, I’m going to go search their catalogue for a bra with a little bit of padding to add to my collection. The size computed with “A Bra That Fits” is spot on apparently.
