 My lungs are still slightly compromised and the pressure is too much to try to stretch it through wear. But I'm at a loss at what size to get. If sizes jump by 2, and the new bra, which was one size ahead, seems one size behind the original, do I need to jump 3 sizes?  I'm hoping after I fully recover the old size will work, but I need a new bra that can last 10-12hr days comfortably.

So for these reasons,  right now I'm leaning towards getting a 34K in Energise, since the Matilda 34K with J hook had perfect fit, 34 is better longterm band size, and the chance for a slightly less aggressive gore height in the smaller band.  

Attractive- I appreciate the way this bra keeps my boobs separated and covered, and I rather like the shape of my profile in this bra.

Long-lasting- Since bras in my size are expensive, I have to save up for them and buy them one at a time. I usually end up with only one bra, which I then have to wear all the time, which causes them to fall apart soon after I buy a new one (after about a year or so of wearing it for all my workouts and regular day-to-day stuff). This bra, however, still felt like a new bra even after having to be my only bra for a little more than a year. So for Christmas, when my parents asked me what I wanted, I sent them the link to this bra and now I have a total of four of these bras

Here'S our sports bra, I'm so excited to show you guys all of the features cuz there's quite a bit like I've, never seen a sports bra, be this intricate, but also so custom, it's very luxury, but it's also really great for all its sizes. I got mine in a size small. I just use their sizing chart on the website, which I found to be pretty helpful and, what's even better is they have sizes, starting at a all the way up to I, when it comes to the cup size of your bra, so definitely measure yourself and then Use the sizing chart on the website to figure out which one you're going to be, because when you get it in the mail, it's kind of big, because you have to customize it when you get into it

 So I just like to keep that in mind for you guys, if you're on the hunt for a sports bra, but other than that. I think this is amazing. I love the idea that you can really get the perfect fit for you, because guess what we're all in, like these weight loss journeys, we have our own fitness goals and as women, our boob sizes change all of the time, whether we're on our period and we're Just going on that hormonal roller coaster, we're in the gym or losing weight, naturally, at least for me, like the first place I lose weight is in my boobs, so I don't want to have to keep going to the store to buy a new sports bra to Fit my weight loss journey, so the idea of being able to change the size of its sports bra by just adjusting the velcro bit here or over here. Like is amazing

 All of this is velcro, so, no matter what your size is, you can get the perfect fit for you back, okay, and I think the base band is fit enough for me, like I, like the way that this feels I don't feel like my boob is gon Na come out here on the sides, I don't have any underboob I have to worry about. I don't have to adjust this while I'm working out to make sure that nothing is gon na pop out. So I feel secure. I feel great, I feel like I'm ready for the gym right now, so I'm going to cover up my zipper now that everything is on its a super cute

 I love that this is a full coverage sports bra, but it goes down and see like a deep V. So it's kind of sexy like I'm definitely down for that and the zipper has a magnetic bit. Do you hear that so there's no way that this is gon na become unzipped when you're doing your jump, rope or your jumping, jacks or you're running on a treadmill or running for the trails, so the extra security like they really thought about all of those details? Not to mention this bit of fabric, that is like a hood. I would call it that definitely keeps the zipper locked into place also here at the bottom

I’ve struggled for over 6years since having babies to find something that fits and SUPPORTS me right... so sick of not being able to comfortably chase after my kids, run, jump without needing to hold my chest in my hands!!!  more panic... took it off and made as large as possible by using the least amount of the Velcro (hard to explain) and tried again
