 My lungs are still slightly compromised and the pressure is too much to try to stretch it through wear. But I'm at a loss at what size to get. If sizes jump by 2, and the new bra, which was one size ahead, seems one size behind the original, do I need to jump 3 sizes?  I'm hoping after I fully recover the old size will work, but I need a new bra that can last 10-12hr days comfortably.

So for these reasons,  right now I'm leaning towards getting a 34K in Energise, since the Matilda 34K with J hook had perfect fit, 34 is better longterm band size, and the chance for a slightly less aggressive gore height in the smaller band.  

Attractive- I appreciate the way this bra keeps my boobs separated and covered, and I rather like the shape of my profile in this bra.

Long-lasting- Since bras in my size are expensive, I have to save up for them and buy them one at a time. I usually end up with only one bra, which I then have to wear all the time, which causes them to fall apart soon after I buy a new one (after about a year or so of wearing it for all my workouts and regular day-to-day stuff). This bra, however, still felt like a new bra even after having to be my only bra for a little more than a year. So for Christmas, when my parents asked me what I wanted, I sent them the link to this bra and now I have a total of four of these bras

 So underneath we have a nice wide support band, the cuts are lightly molded and has seaming for shaping, and it also has fantastic mesh panels through the front here. To give you lots of ventilation and keep you cool while you're exercising just show you the cuts closer up here, so you can see the light molding and if we actually turn on the inside, you can also see that the inner layer of the cups is completely Seam free so fantastic for comfort, nothing! There that's going to cause any rubbing or issues as you get hot and sweaty. The straps are lightly padded comfort, straps, nice and wide go around to the side. Here again, we've got nice supportive band across the side, and it starts then, with a mesh panel going all the way around to the back again to keep you cool

Review of the Panache Wirefree Sports Bra

 The size was correct, in both band and cup but the cup sides didn’t hold me in. Changing it into to racer back formation helped that problem. However, you do have to check that the straps don’t twist when you change the conformation.  Okay

 I almost want to go down a size in the wired sports bra, and in this bra, it squashes my breasts down in a way that is slightly uncomfortable at times. You may want to go up a cup size when you order.  The wired version has always been my preferred sports bra, and so I thought I would LOVE the unwired once I gave it a shot. However, I think its a not quite right for my very FOB breasts

Not the same. I ordered this same bra in the "Rose" color first from Bare Necessities and absolutely loved it. For reference, I am 5'8", 145lbs and a 32FF in american sizing. The rose has a band under the busy that is sewn separately from the molded cups so it gives excellent support and keeps the girls from bouncing without compressing them

Not all are made the same. Rose is good, green is bad.

 A lot of compression sports bras then really flatten you down, and this is fine when you're doing your high impact exercise, but for any other time I really like this rounded kind of shape because it keeps my figure at the same time. So I look great and it works really well as well. So thanks for watching my review of the panache, wire-free sports bra, so basically very very comfortable option without wires, really nice molded cup, and if you want a little bit more support just above the racerback clip.  I have really good freedom, freedom of movement in it. I think the color this new rose color is really really nice and it does have that race about clip at the back. So when I do that one up, it does feel a little bit more secure and I feel like I have more support coming from it now, so panache sports bras have a molded cup. This is a big positive for me

 Why is this so complicated? Have bra makers never hired large busted engineers to design these things? Seems some adjustable straps in several locations and sturdier fabric would help tremendously. but alas ladies, this will not solve all your problems, it's just a decent band aid. Oh and it's not breathable, Come on, it's foam, foam doesn't breathe. Putting a bit of mesh fabric at the front on top of the foam and calling it breathable? oh no son, most of us have been wearing these medieval torture devises since before you were born, not falling for that one

Although technically the description is accurate because it say "breathable outer performance fabric" ok because I sweat on the outside of my bra?? Is that why it's expensive?  So in conclusion, it's not bad, I wear it, it is comfortable but not working for me in the full support non bounce department.  sad face

 So yet again I have a bra for the 38DD ish girls that sort of works. Not bad, apparently I am freakishly short from top of shoulders to rib cage and rarely do straps tighten enough for me. I'm seriously considering hiring a short person to just walk under me all day holding the girls up. I mean now that's support you can count on
