Elf putty primer vs Milani Eyeshadow Primer

Milani Cheek Kiss Cream blush or the Elf Putty Blush. Super easy to blend out if you go too overboard.

I love love love the Urban Decay and Milani Eyeshadow primers persobally, as a brown lass going for bright colors. And if they work on me they work on anyone!. Also wetting your brush with water or setting spray just a little to pack the color helps make it more opaque (but be sure to set it to prevent falloff:).

Face: elf poreless putty primer, colourpop all star setting spray, Maybelline superstay full coverage foundation in shade golden 312, Sasha buttercup setting powder, maybelline fit me powder in shade medium 25, elf camo concealer in shade medium warm, Revolution pro sculpting bronzer in enrobe, and elf eyebrow pencil in shade deep brown. Eyes: urban decay primer potion, wet n wild coffee cat eyeshadow palette in shades your best shot and don’t give a frappe, elf camo concealer in shade medium warm, nyx epic ink liner in black, Revolution x Alexis stone instinct palette in shades 8 and 20, essence princess lash mascara, and nyx white eyeshadow base.

I am going to be tuning in later. After the 8 hours. Right now it's currently like 8. So I'm going to be tuning in after those hours

(I prefer a matte effect.) And as for the poreless effect, although it did make a difference, I’m still on the hunt for a truly magical product that does it even more! Nevertheless, I must say that my family noticed a difference on the first day I used this primer and commented on how smooth and natural my makeup looked! So it’s clearly doing something well! I will therefore continue to use this product and see which of my skincare products work the best beneath it!

To it's credit it was hard to remove so its staying power must be good. I was hoping to find something to blur or fill in or cause people to hallucinate that I don't have wrinkles above or below my eyes. Sad to say this was not the case. I think my eyes look better with just moisturizer and concealer versus these primers

Unfortunately, I found this primer made my eyeshadow appear patchy. I used it consistently for about month and disliked the result. I gave it the benefit of doubt and used it with multiple eyeshadow textures and differing brands from my collection to assess for the possibility of user error. However, it always appeared to have areas where product would gather

What it personally does for me, like I mentioned above, it removes any shine, PLUS it goes under my bb cream like a dream, and helps it last all day. That primer grabs onto my bb cream like white on rice! Also a plus - it doesn't clog my pores! This and the jelly pop primer, are my go-to's. I'll never use any other primers! E.l

f. fan. This gel (the only thing putty about it is the color) made my pores look larger & my skin texture look rough. The photos are after using the putty on a clean face then Maybelline stick foundation then a tiny bit of Airspun powder

Because of the liquidy texture, it seems to take much longer to pat it onto my lid, and the greasiness/liquidiness ends up not playing nice with the foundation around my eye area. I tried to not put any fdnt on my eyelid, but it still was creating patchiness when I tried to blend it out at the edge of where the fdnt would meet the primer. I noticed that the WnW primer was doing the same thing (though not as obvious). At this point I don't have a tube of regular TFSI, just a sample of TFSI champaigne - and that was also doing the same thing
