 Still a wonderful all-mountain ski, that mid-80s range, right in the sweet spot for a whole

 But it does have a lot of good positive camber underfoot.

 So the more positive camber underfoot you'll have, the better the built in, that latent

 energy in the ski once you activate it, it gives you a lot of feedback on the backside.

 A great ski for groomers as well as any off-piste type of situation you can find, you know,

 equally at home, first run down the corduroy as it is in the bumps or the trees, just as

 long as there's not a whole lot of fresh snow, you know, it's not going to be the best floater

 out there, but it's not so bad for an 84 either.

 Just a really well rounded ski with more energy, more snap, more pop than you might think based

 on its position in the catalog and we're just going to see whoever gets on this thing is

 going to be pretty darn surprised and impressed with the energy and liveliness of this thing,

 especially coming out of the back of the tail there.

 So you know, for ability purposes, you know, definitely that intermediate skier will be

 happy here, you know, it does have a nice light weight to it, it's maneuverable, easy

 to turn, but an advanced or a lighter weight expert will also appreciate, you know, kind

 of that stiffness and that shorter radius turn to generate more of that slalom style.

 But really quick maneuverable ski and surprising stability and energy, you know, we're continually

 impressed with what they get out of these fairly simple poplar wood cores with a fiberglass

 So that's the Dynastar M-Pro 84 Women's, check this thing out at SkiEssentials.com and we'll

 Pretty minimal in the rocker profile, so that rocker starts right about here, and that's kind of the widest part of the shovel as well. So really not meant for floating through deep snow, this thing is definitely better suited for groomed terrain, firmer conditions. We get the widest part of the ski back here, a little throwback to the five-point side cut of the Legend Days, but in this M Pro it works pretty well, kind of shortening up that turn shape while leaving a little bit of extra tail for stability and rebound out of the turn there. But very minimal rocker in the tail, that's going to make it much better suited for on-trail groomer skiing, and that's really what this thing is meant to do

 So when they don't have these additional materials to provide more of the energy and pop, they rely on putting that into the camber of the ski, so you do get the good energy out of the turn. Even though it's pegged for that more intermediate to advanced skier, I absolutely had a blast on this ski. I thought it held up really well to higher speeds, so if you're concerned about over skiing it, I wouldn't let that dissuade you from taking a square look at this ski for sure. This is the 177, generates a 17 meter turn radius, right down the middle for what you're looking for for that mid-80s all-mountain groomer ski
