What are your recommendations for a good tactile switch with clear housing to allow for RGB to shine through?

Hey guys,  
I'm someone who has been using the Keychron K3 (red switches) for about a year now and I think I'd like to build my first custom keyboard. Overall I'm looking for board that's compatible with Mac OS, backlit, quieter switches and the arrow keys. I'm a student so I'd hopefully be using it a lot.  
I want to keep the build on the budget side as I'm no expert and wouldn't want to go all out until I have more experience. I'm assuming 65% is probably my best best in terms of layout but I'd appreciate if anyone has any suggestions on budget bare boards, switches, safest places to purchase online (I'm Canadian), or any advice you feel is necessary to know for a first time build.  
I'd say overall my budget is around $200 but understand this may be too low.

The board sounds amazing right now, with two layers of foam inside the case and my own inbetween plate and PCB foam. Just struggling with one of the stabilisers, it bottoms out a bit mushy. Down the rabbit hole I go :-) I'm looking at 100-104 key prebuilt wireless keyboards to replace the horrible budget Logitech I've been using. I have a budget of around $130, which I understand will limit my options. I'll almost exclusively be using it for typing (not a big PC gamer) but want the flexibility of a brown switch just in case.

I'm OK with Bluetooth, so long as the keyboard has the option to convert to a wired connection, as it'll be mostly connected to the one device. I'm not necessarily fussed about hot swappable switches (but might live to regret that) and would prefer the ability to connect wirelessly to 2 or 3 devices. Full sized as opposed to a 96% would be preferred. Programmable keys are nice to have, but not required.

I might be answering my own question here, but the Keychron K4v2 looks to have most of the features I need, although as mentioned I'd prefer a full sized board. Is there anything that fits the bill or is the K2v2 the closest I'll get? Are Keychron keyboards decent quality? It seems like the market is geared towards 84 key designs.

Looking for a 75% or 80% keyboard that is hotswap and south facing. I really like the KBD 75 v3.1 but the typing angle is 7deg. I mainly use the function keys when playing rts games so a low typing angle is more ideal for me. I'm mainly looking at the melody 96 right now but I don't like the way it sounds (based on youtube videos). Alright y'all, I just experienced some keyboard "culture shock"

First, I wanna preface this post by saying that I'm very new to building/upgrading keyboards. I've been obsessed with keyboard videos and wanting to upgrade keyboards for a while, but I only recently took "the plunge". Anyway, what shocked me. I bought a magicforce keyboard (stock with outemu browns) to upgrade. However, much to my surprise, they appeared to be much smaller than the average switch?? After a quick google search, I then learned that switches come in all sorts of sizes, which leads me to a question where I may fear the answer. I wanted to upgrade these outemu browns to glorious pandas; is that even possible?? My main concern is that the Pandas might be WAY too big for the space, does this matter at all? If it does, is there any "glorious panda equivalent" (a quality tactile switch that won't destroy my bank account) for these outemus size. I'm sure this post might be very "sigh" worthy, but any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I recently bought a Leopold FC750R and I love the build quality, easily the best prebuilt I've ever purchased. Love this keyboard.

But of course the big let down is the cherry switches, I have silent reds (which I love the overall experience of) but they are very scratchy feeling and have some ABISMAL spring ping on certain switches. 

My questions are: 

1 - Is this a good candidate keyboard for my first disordering attempt? Is there any issues or problems I may run into?

2 - What's the best lube to use on silent reds for the housing and spring? Also should I film it? I am a sucker for a quiet dense feeling switch (I actually love the sound these things make just not that ping)

 I will be getting a really good kit with a desoldering gun as I can see myself using it a lot if this goes well (I might get another FC750R and have two that I run different switches in at the same time). Also I see myself gatewaying into my own custom in the future.

  Overall, I would not ever use these switches stock. They fail to imitate Topre, as a linear switch they're scratchy, and as a tactile switch they're weak. You might want to use Koala switches instead for holy bobas as you might be able to get them for less.

 ( I have used both of these switches. ) In summary these are amazing no matter what but I would recommend stem swapping them with a different switch's stem. Anyway other than that I love these switches 10/10 would recommend anytime.

 If you want to use these switches I would recommend swapping out the stem for the stem of a gateron red or a normal gateron black. These switches are amazing compared to switches like the novelkeys creams. ( I have used both of these switches. ) In summary these are amazing no matter what but I would recommend stem swapping them with a different switch's stem
