So what I love about Dollar Ukuleles is that they are not expensive and they feel amazing. They feel so high quality and they look great. So I never received the ukulele which includes all of this, so this is really cool. Okay, so now let's move on to the ukulele. Okay, first impression, it's so beautiful

  Third Update: I liked the Martin strings, but I became frustrated by flaws in the intonation. Switched the strings again, and this time it's the fantastic. Fremont BlackLine Mediums are thin black fluorocarbon strings. They give it amazing clarity, volume, resonance and sustain, and the intonation is near perfect all the way up the neck

 The Donner logo is inlaid into the headstock. The tuning gears work smoothly and hold their position, with pegs similar in color to the mahogany. The nut is a full 1.5" wide, which makes it easier for people with larger-sized fingers to play

  Second Update: Today after a couple of months with the Aquila Sugar strings, I replaced them with Martin M600 flurocarbon strings, and I really like them. There was something about the sugars that sounded just a little odd, a little artificial. The Martins have a clear bell-like tone that is equally loud as the sugars but sounds more natural. Of course, string choice is a matter of personal preference, but I'm really happy with the Martins

 The frets are level and beveled on the sides for comfort, and the fret ends are covered. I haven't had any problems with strings buzzing. There are side position markers in addition to those on the fretboard. The saddle is compensated for consistent intonation

I feel like if you are a beginner Uke or if you're looking for an affordable, high quality concert size Uke, that this Donner Ukulele concert size Uke is definitely for you.  I think the accessories alone with the Gig bag and all the other yuke accessories, I think the suk is definitely a winner For the price point, this is an awesome Uke.  I've reviewed a lot of Ukes under seventy dollars and this one is definitely one of my top favorites just because of just some of the features that come on this Uke. And also the sound of this Uke is super bright and fun and it also tunes really well. Some of the Ukes that I've played in the past you it just took a lot to tune and stay in tune. This one stayed pretty much in tune within the first 30 minutes of actually tuning and playing, so it doesn't take a lot of work to keep it in tune

 I Think this is what people say about the outdoor that doesn't sound like it wouldn't you? Chloe but doesn't sound echoing and hollow. A lunchbox see like a plastic you I Quite like the tone and that volume is pretty good. Actually, it's not quiet, there's no bends or dips in the top that you get on things like the Waterman. The neck is strengthened inside so it's not bending while wire effect and that volume is pretty good to sustain

 it's really well playable. I like the sound of it I like the feel of it. Price: These are launching in the UK at the moment. $79

 I Don't normally like delicate sound holes like that on wooden instruments because they're fragile. This isn't fragile. this is tough. You also though, get a side sample there as well

 I gave it 4 stars for sound and value while trusting that my complaint will likely be addressed. Later..

 I suppose if I really want to I can just return it and get another and gamble that the stringing will be better next time. My advice is to order some spare strings at the time that you order one of these in case you run into the same problems. I took one star away for the poor response so now it is 3 stars.

 This is my first Uke so I can't give you any meaningful information other than my friend's remark. I can update this with more info later. I gave it 4 stars for sound and value while trusting that my complaint will likely be addressed. Later

 The strings were in the wrong positions which means that the longer C and E strings were in the shorter G and A positions and were cut too short to be used in the proper position. I had to use the "spare" pack of strings to fix it - which means I have no spares now. I sent a message so we will see how they respond - (with a pack of strings if they are a good company). Yes I could have returned it but this seems so wasteful when a new pack of strings would be so much more economical for everyone

I used to play a mandolin, so this is my first ukulele and therefore I can’t compare it to other ukuleles. I bought it to entertain my grandson, so I wanted something a bit more durable than wood.  I typically hate geared tuners, and will not accept them at all on a soprano, but these are as least obnoxious as they can be. Oh yeah, the case. Never saw one like it before but it's very nice. Nicer than most gig bags

 I was looking for new strings for it when I stumbled upon a YouTube review of the Enya Nova uke. I had seen it when it was announced at the NAMM Show but honestly I disregarded it since I wasn't in the market for a "plastic" uke (my son has 3 Waterman's) and I didn't care for the body shape. But, after going down the review rabbit hole, I figured I had nothing to lose considering the price and could return it since I was purchasing with Prime. I did consider the Acoustic Plus version but after just buying the travel uke I shouldn't push it

I was skeptical too but It really is THAT good.
