I turned the thermostat to the coldest setting a few days later and it still didnt get any colder I put an infrared thermometer on it and the coldest it would get is 40 degrees. I got busy and didn't have time to deal with it at the moment. A few months went by and I had enough. Then February this month, the refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling. Even if it is worldwide company, they are of course close on Sat-Sun which meant my food started rotting. I was lucky enough to have a small refrigerator in the garage which came to use. I called the 1-800 number and it gave me 5 - so called authorized local repair houses

When FedEx dropped this off, they left it in pouring rain (for about 8 hours it sat in the rain). This is cool, even though it costs as much as a used car. The interior is spacious and works as advertised. Be advised, though - it is big. You'll need to take off the doors and remove the drawer to get it through most 36 inch doorways

I liked the design and the looks. The interior looked very functional. The outside was very sleek. It was surprisingly easy to move around and was all around cool

It may be time to push tem for a new refrigerator. And that 's my sad tale - for what it is worth. Bottom line - if you care about looks then this might be your jam. If you want reliability - I would look elsewhere (like Whirlpool had a bad experience with Samsung and when they delivered the loaner unit the guy told me that they were bringing a lot of GE's back)

Not bad but wish it would hold a few more beers! Only reason why I bought it was for the man cave and the shelves don't line up with my bottled beers! Looks like I'm going to cans!

One repairman worked on it during two appointments over a period of two weeks and could not fix it. Another repairman replaced all the parts and could not fix it. He's coming out again, but who's got time to sit home during and 8-5 window every few days to let all these repairmen into their house? Huge waste of money and time.

It needs to be in a spot that won't get bumped or thrown off. We have it in the garage and for a short time the door was not staying closed. Couldn't figure out why (?) but it's been fine for a few months now. Beer isn't as cold as I'd like, but I like it frosty! I think this does a good enough job though for the price

I do love the space and the way it helps me organize my groceries. Hopefully it will run beautifully for a long time to make up for the not so beautiful outside.

This company will make every excuse they can think off to not honor warranty.I bought one and my son bought one soon after both worked fine for 2-3 months then the frigs would get no colder than 40 degs and freezer would not even keep ice cubes froze.Contacted Danby they wanted pictures of where these frigs were located ,I assured them these frigs were installed in accordance with instruction manuel.But they would not send tech out

A manufacture that offers quality products in this price range should stand behind their product by providing longer warranty coverage.
