Food will sponge away, but it's as if the food has left an indelible stain INTO (not onto) the pan itself. Very strange, and I don't like it at all. I guess it's time to bite the bullet and spend a pretty penny for quality pans. I know they won't be Farberware

This set was what I needed at the time but I definitely wouldn't buy it again. If you have the money, spend it on a better quality brand.

We haven't had these long, and I think I've used every one by now. Easy to clean; had no issues with anything sticking; and they heat fairly evenly. I followed the initial soaking, cleaning per instructions, then used them - never washing when they are hot. What I've noticed on the 2 pans, so far, is that the bottom black material is already starting to flake off

This claims to be non-stick but it clearly is not. I haven’t even had it for 2 months and haven’t used them that much, and things stick to it very easily and doesn’t come off

Cuisinart also has the model 626-32H Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 12-1/2-Inch with a Teflon like (PTFE based) surface, but without PFOA. Given that PTFE is emitted, and PFOA doesn't leave the body, and both are either pollutants or suspected carcinogens, why use a petroleum/chemical based surface with your food ? What this says is that ceramic non-stick is not "buy, use & forget" like today's no-frost freezers -- manufacturers don't seem to be helping with addressing "stickiness" (just like washer manufacturer's deny the smell & mold of front loaders - for that & other HE washers, one poster say run a load w/ 1-2 dishwashing detergent pellets which do the same thing as the $1 washer cleaner pellets. My sample has a dent on the metal wrap of the glass lid. It appears to be a factory dent because the lid itself was well wrapped in cardboard & paper, and the entire box was shipped by Amazon in an outside box w/ paper (Amazon is not only a great retailer, but a fantastic shipper -- always something outside the actual retail box)

The problem because worse and now we are not able to use it, I cannot get some scrambled eggs off the pan ! I believe since it is only the one pan in the set, the non-stick was not applied correctly. Unfortunately, we waited to long and now the return window has closed. UGH

Though the ceramica coating has excellent non-stick qualities, it is easily scratched. We stacked our pots and the next time we took them out, the smaller pot has scraped the coating off of the larger one that it was nested inside of. The pots have a nice look about them, and they clean up really easily. The weight doesn't feel cheap and they seem to have very good heat distribution qualities

I turned off the heat and let the pot cool. The olive oil went down the drain and my pot still looks like new. I have the sense that there is no way to burn, discolor or damage the beautiful shiny ceramic copper cooking surfaces of these Farberware pots and pans. And they are so reasonably priced

There are a few things to know though before using the pans and basic maintenance. First when you first get the pans you will have to soak them with baking powder and hot water this will remove the coating the put on the pans to keep them from getting damaged in shipping, also if they pans start to loose their sheen you can do this. Another thing is you have to be gentle with cleaning these as using a heavy scrubber or throwing these in the dishwasher and remove the nonstick coating and will void the lifetime warranty. Overall I really enjoy these pans they cook food fantastically well and they look really nice, I would definitely recommend these to any one looking for a long term cookware

The non-stick property works quite well and has held up as good as the first day we received them. This cookware gets a lot of daily use and it has held up well. With the limited availability of non-PFOA or Teflon coated cookware, these are a great value for the price. I really like this cookware, having been a Calphalon user for years they are a really good option for a healthier product

Very light weight. I mean really light. Frying pan warped after 2 uses. Would not buy these again or recommend to anyone

Keeping these because I like the collection and finish of the pots, pans and steamer. very, very disappointed that the lids are not glass as described on line.

And that’s the most important thing - provided they last longer than a few months. Thus the 4 stars. But I don’t like the plastic pot handles and lid knobs. I would prefer metal

I use cast iron, stainless, sometimes carbon steel (a big wok). Occasionally porcelain. NO Teflon, thank you. I wanted a decent non-stick skillet, so I gave this a try after some research

Product came damaged on the big pot and a small pot but my wife didn’t care. They aren’t the best but my wife was happy.

It is heavier than some other pans, so if you have carpal tunnel or arthritis or something like that, that could be an issue, but regardless, I think most people will really love this pan.

Everything just slides right off the finish. They have a really nice weight and feel to them. Overall they are great! I look forward to adding additional pieces from the same line.
