 There have been multiple times of the can immediately falling to the counter after opening. This opener works for a bit, but I wouldn’t use it for a long-term solution.

 Uses cans a lot so very handy. Nice that it was white which went with her decor. Call it a win! I love this can opener! I have terrible arthritis and have tried many other openers. This one is amazingly easy to operate

 The only trouble he had was supporting the bottom of a can while it went around. He's in a wheelchair so he's just below counter height and has to reach up. I purchased this can opener two years ago and it is still performing well. This is so dependable and easy to use

ARE YOU LIKE ME?? THEN READ THIS!!  I've always been the person to fumble and fiddle with a manual can opener. Why should I pay more money for something electric that is likely to break down?? The manual can opener has faced the test of time and won!  Then came the day when my father some how busted my can opener (manual). How the can won in that situation is still beyond me. So it came to decision making time

 My FAVORITE part is I the magnet that catches/holds the cut lid so it doesn't fall in (I rather not have to fish the lid out of my soup...)

So for the first few months it worked perfect. I bought it last year for a Christmas present to myself. It’s October first now, and the only way it works is by going over the can twice and by then the edges are really sharp. I want it to work, but I don’t want to spend 30 more dollars on another can opener

I had the perfect can opener that I bought when I moved into my first apartment like 8 years ago. It lasted me up until like 9 months ago, literally just crumbled one day. This won’t get you through tough times. Must use like 4 batteries to operate. If prices of thing keep going up, this wouldn’t get you through-I’d keep an old fashioned manual can opener around just in case this fancy one breaks or dies. Just a thought in this economic situation:)
