Cuisinart Custom 14 vs NutriChef NCFP8 Multipurpose 12 Cup Multifunction

Specifically the Cuisinart 14 cup. I make pie dough, pizza dough, pate a choux, etc. with a food processor. It makes things super quick and easy, and the Cuisinart is super quiet compared to other food processors out there

The chopping/mixing/dough blade sits too high in the 14-cup work bowl of the new model, which results in incomplete and inadequate mixing of certain foods. The s-blade of my old Cuisinart food processor rested flat in its bowl. In the new 14-cup model, for example, blending flour, butter, and milk together for a quiche crust has resulted in overly wet and lumpy mixtures that require additional adjusting outside of the mixing bowl (a problem I never had with my old Cuisinart food processor). When making salsa in the new Cuisinart, large pieces of vegetables are left unincorporated because the chopping/mixing/dough blade rests too high in the work bowl

I bought this product few months ago because I had shoulder pain and having difficulty cutting/chopping vegetables. I was thrilled when I got this and my life became so easy. It works great. I feel so happy each time I use it
