Yes I was disappointed with the processor. I think this may have been designed for small apartments living by a single person. Having said that the instructions state placing the machine on the component container which then makes the feeding tube to high for normal height persons - My wife is 5' 8" and even just the machine on the counter it was difficult to use the loading tube. The processing bowl is way to small, I made Christmas cookies with the beater and the fitted scraping tool was a help, however as the bowl was small I had to make the cookie dough in batches
