Cuisinart 3-in-1 Multicooker Cook Central MSC-600 vs Masterbuilt MB20010118

It's the perfect size for a single person (like me) to make a meal and have leftovers for one or two more meals later in the week, or for a couple to have a meal. Also, I'm fairly new to slow cooking--this is my first one. That said, I'm an avid cook and baker. I decided to give it a try because I liked the idea of coming home once a week or so and having a meal virtually ready to serve

You can fry big items and multiple items unlike the air fryer we have that you can only fry at most 6-7 wings at a time.

Mine is a one-person household and this is the ideal size for me; anything smaller wouldn't make enough leftovers. The included cookbook has nutritional information - number of servings, calories, carbs, fat, protein, sodium, and more - for all 50 recipes. I gave it four stars instead of five because it's not what I consider programmable, but I'm very pleased with it for the price.

It probably would work for use in a restaurant kitchen. It looks like a well built sturdy product but never used it because of its size and returned it immediately.

The inner pots (original and replacement) have ALWAYS been washed by hand, using a plastic scouring pad suitable for use in a non-stick product (and used with all our other non-stick items without any problem). The cooking utensils are all plastic/nylon type utensils, and at no time as a metal spoon, fork, knife, spatula, etc., been used in the original cooker or this replacement cooker. Our bottom line is that we will contact Cuisinart on Monday and strongly request a complete refund, since this is still under warranty, but beyond the Amazon refund period

So easy. Especially the clean up. No trying to pour 3 gallons of oil out of a heavy pot into a funnel anymore. No messing with the timer that wants to shut off every 20 minutes, or regulating the propane flow
