 Through many others, I finally have been using the CRKT minimalist and actually just ordered a SpyderCo LadyBug (supposed to be about 15 g). I don’t think I’ll ever be someone who ditches a knife completely or goes the razor blade route, but I’ve definitely shaved a lot of weight over the years. Small steps down definitely helped, as I don’t think I would’ve even considered such a tiny knife even 3 years ago. Especially for smaller items, I think it helps to gradually cut down instead of just going cold turkey

My priorities are towards concealeable fixed blades. I highly prefer belt carry knifes as while i exchange pants and thus pocket sizes and arrangements regulary (office jeans at work, cargos in my free time, bike pants on the bike), my belt always gonna be my belt and on every pant, be it summer, winter, walking or riding my motorbike.

Not looking for premium, not looking for fancy, im a form-follows-function dude. Budget is available until around 150€ maximum, but im plenty satisfied with spending less.

So i am looking towards scout/horizontal carry blades. I prefer to carry them on the front near the buckle just under my belly (which conveniently is belly enough to conceal a horizontal blade a bit if a shirt is worn over it)

The outer layer of the handle is so thin that it is worn through in multiple spots straight from the seller. It gives the handle of the knife a very shop-worn appearance right out of the box. It makes it look like someone has used the handle portion of the knife for a long time.

Great knife, except it just falls out of it sheath. And after weeks of this happening it finally fell out and i didnt feel it. So now its gone. Was a good fit and sharp durable, just sheath was no good and now a waste of money because now its gone!

Bummer

 The sheath adds so much value to the product and I am already looking for my next variant to get. I would recommend this to anyone that in the market currently.
