Creed Aventus vs Lancôme Idole

Aventus is the original, which I would also recommend over this version. “Aventus Cologne” was released in 2019 as a fresher version of the original Creed Aventus. The original Aventus was released in 2010. I recommend anyone interested go smell them both at Nordstrom, they’re both very similar but I prefer the original

Omg!!!!! I ordered this perfume during the recent sale and I had to come straight here to write a review. I have been so disappointed in all perfumes lately, they smell old, fruity, yucky, and too heavy, and worst of all don’t last. This Idole is an absolute MASTERPIECE!!!! My husband said it was really nice and he never comments lately because they all are just so cheap smelling. This is so fresh, clean, floral, just melts in your skin and develops the most heavenly aroma!!!! I made a quick stop earlier for something and two people asked me what was the name of my perfume, they loved it!!! I had given up on the industry because we all know it isn’t what it used to be, but this is absolute heaven and it’s only the second review I have ever given in my life!!!! I am NOT getting paid for this, it’s the absolute TRUTH

I had never smelled it before and I couldn’t find it in stores, after a while I just decided to buy it. I was expecting to be blown away and in my opinion, it’s a a good smell but, definitely not worth the price..

I’d say Narciso Francisco Her and Lancôme Idole. I know they’re not like hidden and unknown, but I haven’t heard a single popular reviewer mention them. I think they both bloom beautifully.

At almost $500 a bottle ever batch should smell like the original! the one that made history, as the so called best smelling fragrance ever for men, creed it's missing the wonderful pineapple notes. So Sad!

I also noticed after wearing about a hour I couldn’t even smell it. As someone who has been wearing the same perfume for years Gucci flora tuberose that is. Usually if I wear a different perfume I smell it all day because I’m not use to it. So if you are looking for a light smelling perfume this will work for you
