Because that's a set of 10 dumbbells and just one pair of adjustable dumbbells and at least for me living here in a one bedroom apartment in New York City, it definitely helps me save a lot of space as you can see in the back over here

 And I also like the fact that the ends are flat. If you've done dumbbell branch press or dumbbell shoulder press and you've put the dumbbells on your knees and you've kicked them up to you, it doesn't like hurt your legs or it doesn't hurt your knees. You could obviously use chalk if you actually have chalk, but look, me being in a one bedroom apartment here in New York, I'm not going to be using chalk and dirty my living room. There's absolutely no way I'm going to be cleaning up the mess that I would make using chalk

 Fitness actually sent them to me just to try them out, test them out, but this is not a

 Even doing like curls with the 15 pound dumbbells, it could kind of like clank together, but

 at least using the core fitness dumbbells, it actually solves that.

 These feel like real dumbbells that you would use in a gym just because they're smaller,

 The plates of the dumbbells are actually also designed in a way that they won't roll on

 It's almost kind of like flat on the bottom.

 So when you pretty much put it on the floor, it won't roll over.

 And I also like the fact that the ends are flat.

 If you've done dumbbell branch press or dumbbell shoulder press and you've put the dumbbells

 on your knees and you've kicked them up to you, it doesn't like hurt your legs or it

 When I've had the Bowflex dumbbells, I will put the dumbbells like on my knees and the

 ends of it are kind of pointy and they used to hurt my legs.

 And these dumbbells are actually a lot sturdier than I thought they would be.

 I've been using them for about two months now and I haven't had any issue with them

 So I put my body weight on it to do like pushups and I pretty much wrapped them around my dip

 And whenever I kick the dumbbells up to do presses, I haven't heard or felt plates moving

 around or feeling any type of looseness in it.

 That's definitely what you need when it comes to adjustable dumbbells.

 You definitely want to make sure that it's sturdy enough just so it keeps you safe.

 The next thing that I absolutely love about these dumbbells is the ease of changing the
