 this monster of a midsole, which is probably my favorite aspect of an actual sneaker you can see there. uh, there's almost like three different parts. There's three different parts of the midsole, so there's the vulcanized uh section right here of the midsole, which is like pretty standard with a lot of the Chuck Taylors and uh, it's got this phylon foam kind of design here as well. This is sort of like a cushiony I don't know if you guys can see that, but it's like cushiony like it goes in which should add a lot more Comfort to like when while you're walking and all that kind of stuff

 so in this review I'll be covering things like the specs, the information, the pricing, the sizing, and also a styling guide. So please stay tuned till the end for the whole styling bit. So first of all, I want to say that these are 170 Australian dollars which is a fairly priced sneaker, especially for all the things that you get in it. It's very chunky, especially just from the aesthetic side of it

 and I would like to say that now that I've got them on I feel like um, the heel like if you have heel slippage or problems like that with the um, the sneaker from the bottom from the back kind of It kind of lifts up and all that kind of stuff probably I don't know if this Snicker will be for you because it's kind of hard to get that heel locked down for me and I usually don't even have that problem. But so in terms of pros and cons about this sneaker, the only uh con I could see is that it might be a little bit too high and uh, that could be a cause for concern in terms of pronation of your ankle and all that kind of stuff. So that's probably the only downside I could see from it comes in three different colors I got the most minimal one which is like this cream Almost White off-white color and I'm really like can't for them to actually bring a black black and white version of this is it would be so cool I thought that would be one of their first kind of colorways to put out, but uh I think uh, these would definitely be one of their uh new high cells because I do see a lot of people um, wearing the Run star hikes and the motions and they look great. So I I have a funny feeling about this one that it will also pretty much take off and I just can't wait for the actual black and white colorway to come out

I ended up cutting some denim material off some old jeans and used some glue to line the top side of the original insole and  put them back in. With my insole modification, this shoe is a 10/10 and the insole is great too. Without the insole modification or aftermarket one, the shoe is straight up garbage.

Because of this I had to take away 2 stars. This is an expensive shoe and I shouldn't have to buy or modify anything to make it fit right. Still a Nike fan but a bit disappointed because this just shows that Nike has gotten too caught up with the release schedule, the big name collabs and creating 1000s of variations of the same shoe that they can't take 2 minutes to try on a pair before it goes into production.

So I guess that is a plus in the positive. But uh, just keep in mind you're gonna have to wipe a lot on this outsole. which kind of sucks as far as the durability goes

What running shoes do you use?

 The four-foot zoom units work just as well without affecting the court feel, which means big and small players alike will enjoy these shoes very much. The traction pattern reminds me of a micro world where the unicellulars are replicating themselves and then maybe in a couple of billions of years they will create their own shoe to honor their ancestors with the same traction pattern that would sleep on dusty cords. But I should say this pattern would grip well on the outdoor courts. [Music] The Gt runs have a light textile upper made of synthetic screen mesh material

 So let's do the test and see if it's true or not. It starts with the insole. I haven't seen anything like it before. It has a rubbery and grippy surface and that's cool because it prevents your foot from moving inside the shoe and it really grips

 It really deserves much praise. Gt round midsole isn't just a sandwich, it's a damn double cheese chicken Mcmuffin man. First off, there's that react insole, then the white segmented air zoom unit as you can see and then there is a full length react midsole and then more zoom air unit under it. There's a big fat react layer in the heel and it really does protect you from impact

NIKE GT RUN REVIEW

I really would like to give these shoes a 5 star rating because when I opened the box, I thought they looked so cool.  I always wear a size 12 in athletic shoes, but these were so narrow, I was hardly able to get them on my feet.  Overall, the shoes feel like they would be very comfortable if they fit right, but they fit so tight that I'm unable to wear them.  Overall, the red is a really good color and they seem like they're made well

Very narrow but cool looking

I love the look of these shoes and grip I have in these on the court. The cushion on the ball of the foot is a nice touch when wearing them for long periods of time. I love how breathable these shoes are and how quickly they dry out. There is a good amount of room in the toe box which makes planting and lateral movements easier and more comfortable on my toes

I am big on researching a product before making a big purchase especially when it comes to gear i use for athletic activities. I especially look for products that fit well, feel comfortable, and are made to last and this shoe needs some work.
